"For the most part Jerry's has been a good retailer to work with. there are a couple of customer perks that I would like to see implemented however. first, I have experienced a sale item that is out of stock, I never found out until about a week later and they would not replace the item with a like item nor offer it up at the sale price, when and if it did become available. Second, a couple of times my order has been inaccurate, missing items. If this happens it would be nice if they would expedite the shipping on those items that were not included in the first shipment. For those reasons I gave Jerry's a four star rating vs a five star.
