Unfortunately, your order was canceled due to credit card issues. The card was declined your bank or credit card company and we suggest that you contact them regarding the reason for the declined card. Our customer service department did reach out to you via email to notify you of the cancelation. Please contact your bank and check the billing address information that you provided for the card.

If you wish to replace the order or if you have any further questions, please contact us at 1-800-827-8478. We are available from 9am-6pm EST Monday through Friday to assist you.

"Especially on mobile, its hard finding things on the cite, often on moble the app will freeze from so much stuff in some catagories i wish it was more organized"

“Thank you for contacting us. We understand that you have some questions regarding our backorder policy. I am including this policy below. Please review, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to call or email for clarification.

Our New Backorder Policy is as follows:

In an effort to improve our company’s order fulfillment speed and overall customer experience, Jerry’s Artarama has recently changed our backorder policy. We are no longer accepting orders with out of stock items listed. Our website is updated on a daily basis if the stock for an item becomes unavailable. If an out of stock item(s) ends up unavailable once the order hits our system, it will automatically cancel from the order. Instead, our system will allow the customer to receive an emailed alert when the item has returned to stock at our warehouse. We believe this will allow our company to process orders quicker and more efficiently, as well as put pressure on our vendors to provide these out-of-stock products in a timely manner. We offer you the ability to sign up to receive an “In Stock” alert on items that are marked “Out of Stock” on the product’s page on our website. When we receive the item back in stock at our warehouse, you will receive the emailed notification letting you know the product is now available to order. Please let our customer service department know if you would like to reorder the canceled out of stock item once it becomes avaialbe.
