Received wrong item and no response

“We apologize that there was an item missing in your order when you received it, it is possible that the item was not included in the box when originally shipped. We would be more than happy to send this item to you; typically it takes 1-4 business days to process a replacement then depending on where you live in the USA 2-9 business days in shipping time.

However, if you would like a refund for this item instead of getting a replacement that can be done as well. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process into your account.

Please decide which you would prefer; when you email cs@jerrysartarama.com please follow the following instructions:

1) Check your email status as being HIGH IMPORTANCE
2) Write the words URGENT in the subject line after the current title

If you do not mark your letter as high importance or as urgent in the subject line your email may not be responded to for at least 24-72 hours, to get this done immediately we need you to please follow those mailing instructions so we get this handled as quickly as possible for you.

Huge Selection at Reasonable Pricing

"Jerry’s has a huge selection of media, often with deep discounts. Shipping is typically fast with the standard option. My only suggestion for improvement is their online search engine. Different items present based on the exact wording in the search so there may be items in inventory that remain hidden due to exact choice of search words."

Customer service with online orders not educated regarding product

"If calling CS they do not know ANYTHING about paints, zip.
So you have to call the store
And wait and wait and you might get lucky and speak to someone knowledgeable that day or not.
Waiting for a call back on a question regarding Golden Gold metallic acrylic paints
NEVER happened
No one ever returned my 4 calls!!!!!!!!!
You can not expand sales if you can not serve the customers you have.

“Thank you for placing your order with us at JerrysArtarama.com. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that the missing items have caused you. I am including the new backorder policy below. Please review, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to call or email for clarification.

Our New Backorder Policy is as follows:

In an effort to improve our company’s order fulfillment speed and overall customer experience, Jerry’s Artarama has recently changed our backorder policy. We are no longer accepting orders with out of stock items listed. If an out of stock item(s) ends up unavailable once the order hits our system, it will automatically cancel from the order. Instead, our system will allow the customer to receive an emailed alert when the item has returned to stock at our warehouse. We believe this will allow our company to process orders quicker and more efficiently, as well as put pressure on our vendors to provide these out-of-stock products in a timely manner. We offer you the ability to sign up to receive an “In Stock” alert on items that are marked “Out of Stock” on the product’s page on our website. When we receive the item back in stock at our warehouse, you will receive the emailed notification letting you know the product is now available to order.
