I have been ordering with Jerry’s for last year and have been totally satisfied, I have even passed website onto some of my artist friends.

"My last order I had a question and called. Talked with customer service, no wait time and my order had not gone thru yet so they flagged it to make sure when it came thru it check it and make sure my request was taken care of, which it was!

“Thank you for your contacting us. In the future, the Free Gift button is located at the top right of the Shopping Cart. You must click the button, select the free gift, and it will then add to the cart. Unfortunately, since this order has already shipped, we are unable to add the free gift to this order and we are unable to send out free gifts separately. However, we would be more than happy to include it in your next order free of charge. This next order would have to be placed over the phone, as we are unable to modify the cost of the item for online orders. Website ordering has been frustrating!

"Been a customer for many years. My last 2 transactions on the website have been terrible- After selecting and placing many items in the shopping cart and then going to place order have been met with unexplained error messages telling me to call . The first time I did and then had to redo the entire order with someone on the phone. Then the next day, after order had been placed, kept getting messages that I still had items in my shopping cart. The last time I tried to order on a Saturday, got the error message to call- and no one is available to call. I could leave a message on the voicemail with my order- but did not have confidence after reading 12 item numbers to an answering machine that the order would be correct. Eventually found another way around it, but the website needs to operate more smoothly. Also always getting notices about sales, but then when you check out sales are not applicable on most items."
