"While I have had a few issues with their website in the distant past, they've always shipped the orders extremely fast (same day, or by next morning) and they package them well. I have had a few instances of damage over the years and they remedy the issue with a replacement quickly.
Wish their promotional coupons were as useful as the past. Now most pricing (on artist quality paints, etc) are fixed and coupons are unusable. The also use to have VIP coupons that permitted a % discount off of a brand of products (loyalty saver) and they seem to have eliminated those as well. On top of that, rarely see super saver discounts on Gamblin and other brands that use to frequently have these at deeper discounts.
Nevertheless, Jerry's service and pricing still are competitive and it's my preferred source. "
