"I had bought a Weber Creation Station table from Jerrys and it shows a tool tray mounted on the side. When I received it the tool tray wasn't part of the table nor even pictured on the package. I complained to them and later gave them an unfavorable rating here. Jerrys contacted me and the manufacturer and had a tool tray sent to me. Now I have noticed that they have changed the picture on the site. Everything I have bought from them has been of good quality so I am upping my rating to 4 stars."

"I received two Nielsen frame kits to frame one drawing. Both kits were to have been natural wood. One kit was natural wood, the other black. Maybe I hit the wrong key when I ordered. Also, one kit only had one wedge instead of two. I called and the sales rep checked with his supervisor and they immediately sent out another natural wood kit. And I didnt have to mail anything back.
