"On August 31st, I purchased the Art Sherpa Beginner Painting Set of 6 Black Pearl brushes for Acrylic Painting. I contacted Jerry's Artarama on October 5th because the handle on the Bright #2 had developed a crack. I never leave my brushes in standing in water and had used this particular brush very little. The initial response I got from Jerry's was that if I sent them a photo of the brush, they might be able to give me a store credit. I told them it wasn't worth the hassle for me if they were not going to replace the brush, and also told them I am concerned the same thing might start happening to the other brushes in the set. I then said that I would contact Silver Brush directly. I was then told I should still send the picture and they would see what they could do and I would hear from them within 48 hours. Today is October 9th. No response from customer service. I think Cinnamon Cooney, The Art Sherpa, will be very disappointed to learn about this."

"I ordered five 15 ml DaVinci watercolor paints in various Quinacridone colors. Indian Red was substituted for Quinacridone Fuchsia without authorization. I filled out the online complaint form, but could not find an area to describe the specific substitution. The Jerry's customer service rep Marzurrika responded that my complaint could not be processed due to incomplete information. He/she did not say what information was needed. I then gave the specific information by email & requested that Marzurrika tell me what he/she needed, to which Marzurrika said my email was blank . . . ironic, in that my submission form was attached to his/her message. At last he/she indicated Quinacridone Fuchsia would be shipped & I should keep the Indian Red. Then another Jerry's email indicated that QF is not in stock . . . do I want to cancel/credit my order or wait for backorder restock? I opted for the latter. WHEW!"
