Check prices before trusting the prices of Jet.com their prices can be substantially higher than competitors. Will not purchase from Jet.com again. First time, last time I will buy from Jet.com."
"I purchased a nexus 5x from jet.com on 11/16/16. The phone was shipped quick enough and all was well until 8/19/17 when the phone got stuck in bootloop. I contacted LG (manufacturer of the phone) to get warranty service as it was still covered. When I gave them the IMEI number, they told me that it was the European version of the phone and could not receive any US warranty coverage. I contacted Jet and told them that they should have either sent me a US phone, or had the fact that the phone has no warranty clearly written on the site. I requested either a replacement or refund because it was not listed as an international version. They replied that they didn't know what an international version of a phone was and that I was beyond 30 days so there is nothing they can do. When I responded with a better explanation of what an international version of the phone was, and why it meant that I would not have no warranty, they responded that they really don't know much about their products. ( I am not kidding that was their reason). Awful customer service, just awful. "
"On my first purchase from this site they made a mistake and promised to resolve the issue.
Time went by and after several emails back and forth, they decided to simply cancel my order and refund my money.
Worst part is that when I told them how unprofessional they were for not trying to help me and solve my problem, they went back to their terms of use which say: "Pricing errors, out-of-stock and other errors occasionally occur on the Jet Sites. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, out of stock errors or other errors at any time without further obligation to you, including after you have received a confirmation of your order."
In other words, if they screw up, they will not assume responsibility. They will simply cancel and face their backs at you. Shameful!
Never buying from this website again.

a) I am VIRTUALLY certain I clicked the button for one size of a dog treat, and when it emerged, the size was barely more than a third that large. In the future -- if I order for them at all -- I will take a screen shots . . . and I urge you to do same.
b) but let's assume I am wrong. I payed $13 for 1.5 oz, when, two days later they are selling the 2 oz size for less than $9. Sorry.
So I will only use them when I must and I will take extraordinary measures to verify everything I order.
They suggested that I contact them. I DID contact them and got blown off. My concern was unwarranted."

5.2 oz can of Pringles - at the store where I shop $1.10, on jet.com $3.89. Wow - big difference.
12-2.36 oz cans of Pringles - on boxed.com $8.99 - on jet.com $22.79. Pay $13.80 more for Pringles? I don't think so.
I could go on but you get the picture. Buyer beware! Jet is not so great.
