"Placed an order 6/18 with estimating arrival 6/21-6/26. By 6/27 I stil didn't receive the item that was purchased for an event the coming weekend. Attempted to track the package and realized I was provided the wrong tracking number. UPS took me to a shipment from April that clearly wasn't mine. So I called customer service and was told the item shipped late 6/23 and they would send me a new tracking number within 24 hours. I didn't receive updated tracking and the event was looming so I sent several emails which were all answered with flowery apologies but no real action. This morning I get a refund email. I didn't ask for a refund I asked for my item to be shipped by the shipping dates. Turns out the item is out of stock. How that can be when the funds came out of my account and they told me it shipped 6/23 I'll never understand. The poor communication and service has left me scrambling and without options 3 days before my event. The refund is not in my account Not acceptable. "

Called that Sunday, Oh we don't have access to the notes and it's the weekend and that store is closed try Monday It's probably a wrong tracking number . Monday, Me: I need to talk to a manager. Told him the story about this very important date, also someone was supposed to call me and never did. Manager: I'm so sorry sir I'll advance this to our express department it's probably the wrong tracking number again.. Meanwhile it should have been delivered by now the delivery date. Manager "Mark" I'll call you back first thing tomorrow, I'll handle it myself.

I call... Me: Mark what the heck is happening. I could have called direct to your seller and gotten the ring by now. If you would have been straightforward with me 3 days ago I could have salvaged my anniversary that's tomorrow. I could have scrambled to get a ring for my wife. Manager Mark, I'm sorry sir.
