Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with online retail. The website took our order, charged our card, gave us an order confirmation, and then nothing. I could no longer access the website. I emailed a request for information (tracking) and they responded that I should call them. I called seven times and received a busy signal, so I waited until after the weekend and continued to call until I got through. The operator claimed that they sent us an email "for additional confirmation since it was a large amount" (the order was $424 which is way below average for a corporate purchase). We have no record of an email, not in the spam folder, even though we DID received their order confirmation and several replies from their support person who continued to insist that I needed to call because they couldn't do anything by email. It turns out that they had cancelled my order because of lack of confirmation, and they are STILL HOLDING MY MONEY and will continue to hold it for five more days. Never in my life have I had to deal with such a ridiculous excuse for a company. I've been screwed."
"Price for the dog food I ordered was outstanding. But each 40-lb bag was packed into a box much larger than necessary, resulting in the addition of a large amount of packing paper. One box had been punctured on the trip (not Jet.com's fault) and the bag had a corresponding hole. The other box had come apart on the trip but the contents were undamaged. I haven't decided if the savings I realized are worth the huge amount of wasted packing materials. "
