"I attempted to purchase a computer monitor from Jet.com but they immediately cancelled the order and suspended my account. I'm aware that sometimes this can happen so I called a representative who asked for my billing information and last 4 digits of my credit card. He verified me and unsuspended my account and apologized for the inconvenience. I reordered the monitor.
The next day I get an email telling me my jet.com account had been suspended again and that my order had been cancelled. I called their verification number again and spoke with another representative that said they still could not verify me and that I would need to send a photo of my drivers license and credit card. I didn't like the idea so he said I could black out any information other than the last 4 digits on the card, my address, and my name. He said he was sorry and credited my account 25 dollars. I said ok, and went to the print shop, printed out a copy of my cards and blacked out the unnecessary information and sent the picture.
I then get an email stating that this information is also insufficient and that I need to send a picture of a bill to prove that someone by my name lives at the billing address. I shouldn't have, but I did. They unlock my account and I reorder the monitor.
The next day I get an email saying my account is suspended and my order has been cancelled. The email states I need to send a color photo of my drivers license. I immediately call back and say I already sent that information and that this was getting absurd. The representative told me that I could not send a photocopy of the ID because a criminal could have swiped it and copied it. I told the representative that I could no longer trust that anything I did to verify my identity would be sufficient to them and at this point I just canceled the order and reordered from B and H which has given me no issues so far.
I had ordered multiple computer parts from several manufacturers and distributors, but only Jet.com took it to this level. Perhaps all I needed to do was send a picture of the ID, but after speaking through multiple representatives who assured me that they would be the last step, and verbally mentioning that I would be heading to the print shop to copy my ID and CC with no objection, it became highly frustrating."
"I was a big fan of Jet.com, recommended to many others. Service was great, delivery on time availability of products was always great. I returned for a reorder and found the prices had made quite an increase, one item I always purchased was no longer available, I was very disappointed. Back to the local store. I attempted to contact Jet to express my disappointment

"I placed an order and received an email saying my order was sent on 3/3/2017 and was given a delivery estimate of 3/7 thru 3/15.
No one sends something and gives you an 8 day delivery estimate.
I called on the 11th and it had not been shipped.
I asked why I was told it had shipped when it had not shipped.
They said they tell you it is shipped when they give the order info to the supplier.
So their saying it was shipped was a lie.
She said no it wasn't.
I said if you did not ship it and you told me you did, that is a lie.
Again she said no, it is not a lie.
I said well it wasn't the truth, so it's a lie.
I will not deal with this company again.
It would have been here quicker if Pony Express delivered it by horse from California.
