I was looking for Ninja Coffee bar CF097 for my wife and it was very good price at jet.com.
On the web site jet.com. Picture was CF097, title was just "glass carafe system" So,
I call them to confirm model #, He said model # was CF092 and I decide to keep the CF092.
But I received CF091. Price was very differed.
I'm not going to return because it was my wife's birthday gift
but I'm not going to order from jet.com anymore."
"I originally ordered from jet because they had the baby formula I use cheaper than I've seen it. I added an item to get free shipping. The next order for formula I decided to add a bunch of pantry items. Everything came in one huge box that I could barely get up the stairs. I had ordered two bags of chips and both bags were busted open and a box of hamburger helper was busted open. They need to rethink shipping when orders contain more sensitive items with heavy items. I also hate the paper stuffing they use to secure the items because it creates so much trash. My one big order contained enough paper packing to fill a huge black yard trash bag full. I'll continue to use jet for quick formula delivery but probably shy away from pantry orders. "
"This webstore is going to put Amazon Out.Of.Buisiness. $5.99 for shipping and I received my order in 36 hours. Product was what I had been ordering from Swansons, but they have discontinued the health and wellness products people loved. I might add that I saved the shipping box because the graphics rock.

"I ordered a bunch of canned goods, a box of Knox gelatine & a bunch of sugar free jello. While unpacking the box, the Knox gelatine started spilling out from it's severly smashed box. When I opened it, I saw that about 6 of the inner envelopes were crushed open & had to throw them away. The sugar free jello boxes were also smashed pretty badly. Why would they pack such light items with heavy loose items? A few of the canned good items were smashed as well. Just go to the grocery store. At least you won't get damaged groceries there."
"This is my first time using Jet.com. I did not received the order even though tracking system said package was left at front door. I called and jet.com told me to wait for another 24 hours to see if the item will turn up. The next morning, I got a voice message saying that they located the package and the delivery company will go pick it up and redeliver to my house. I called jet.com the following day to let them know that the redelivery did not happen. At this time, jet.com told me that someone in my neighborhood called to let them know there was a wrong delivery and jet.com gave me the address and asked me to go ring the bell to ask for the package. I went to that address and saw the package sitting outside with the box already opened. Content were still in tack and fortunately it did not snow or rain in the last two days. What an experience with jet.com. Also my first experience to go to a stranger's house to ask for my purchase. "
"I've been ordering from Jet.com for a year now and love the experience. 98% of what I buy, they offer and for much cheaper prices. I get supplements, household items, hygiene items, clothing, shoes, teas, workout equipment, pet items etc. And yes the pet items are cheaper than chewy.com too. This saves me an entire day of driving around town plus I save gas mileage as well. So thankful for this company and even if I have a minor issue with a product it's fixed within 5 mins. You guys rock!"
"Jet.com advertises low prices but when you go to check out the prices increase. I selected my items, applied the Triple15 coupon code and the total was roughly$96. When I attempted to check out it removed the discount and the charge was roughly $116. This has happened to several of my friends as well. It zeros out the coupon code but says it's already applied. The site appears to have calculation issues. Beware when finalizing your order. They cancelled shipments on me and then try to charge higher prices. The shipments don't always arrive when promised. I prefer Vitacost.com"
