"I ordered a carebear ring for my Mona’s a gift and never received my order after it said it was delivered.. so naturally I contact customer service about the issue and was immediately told to file a claim with USPS and get a LETTER stating I never received my order and they could not recover it.. so I go thru this process.. file the claim, wait for their response, wait for their investigation, then wait for this “letter” that Jeulia asked for just to turn around and be told ok so thanks for doing that now we’ll replace the order you paid for and never received but you have to pay an extra $9.99 shipping in order for us to do so.. like what?! I already paid you and never received what I paid for! Why would I pay you anymore money?! So I said no at this point I’ve already had to figure out another gift for my mom and just want my money refunded and Jeulia is REFUSING to refund me my money and persisting I pay them $10 to reship my order. I do not want the order anymore it is too late! I just want my money back and it is absolutely ridiculous that I’m being told nope you can’t have your money back but give us more money and we’ll give you what you’ve already paid us for.. I state repeatedly I just want my money back then was told ok well in order for us to refund you you’ll have to file a claim with USPS.. like what?! I’ve already done that and sent you the screenshots of every interaction and e had and every correspondence I’ve received about the claim so why am I being told to do what I’ve already done and sent proof of?! I am completely disgusted with this service and Jeulia has FOREVER lost a customer. I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know about my experience. "
