"Jim Ellis has one of the best Volkswagen parts departments online, very easy to navigate and I like the fact that they ask for the Vin number so they can verify that the parts Will fit right and work the first time! Shipping was a bit slow though on the last shipment that I received, and some of the parts were sticking through the cardboard box and bent slightly. Not completely the parts departments fault but it could’ve been packaged a little better, I know sometimes in shipping things get damaged. I was able to straighten the coolant tube out and use it so overall, disaster is as averted. Their prices are way cheaper than my local dealership even with shipping and they have pretty much everything in stock that I have ever needed. I live up in New York but I think the next time I need a new Volkswagen I might take a trip south to Jim Ellis Volkswagen! "
