"I purchased an order a week ago received it on Monday the shoes were the wrong size. I emailed multiple times for them not to get back to me and then when I finally call a week later they told me that it's my fault that the wrong shoes got sent and I have to pay for return shipping. I have bought plenty of shoes online and never had this happen to to. Then customer service is absolutely no help they are just ppl answering phones with no knowledge on how to properly help anyone. They just don't care about there customers and only the money they scam you for."
"I got an email ONE week after ordering my Jackets from here of them saying they could not finalize my order because my shipping address didn't match my billing. I was supposed to get it for my girlfriend as a gift for Christmas by ordering three weeks ahead . Let alone my card worked for every other site just not jimmy jazz. A time before that I ordered they sent me a MTTM sweat shirt instead of the pants and when I asked why did they send me tha wrong item. They said simply because they were out of stock but you charge me for a out of stock item and send me something with the same brand!!!! "We bought shoes and they were shipped promptly. Shoes were off a bit, size didn't fit like other Addidas shoes that we have. Tried to return, couldn't get a return tag on the website, had the Error 429 for over a week. Tried to call and that was worthless, waited until it was "my turn" then told to leave a message. Not impressed at all, good price on sketchy shoes. I won't be buying again."
"I read reviews about shipping and handling problems with jimmy jazz and I was very hesitant to buy these shoes that I've had my eye on for months. Jimmy jazz had the shoes on sale from $120 to $40!!!! WHAT A STEAL....but the reviews had me shook. Here's the key to making sure you get your package on time....I paid $25.00 for the 3 day delivery, the shoes came BEFORE the delivery date from Fed ex....and I am happy with the purchase that was made. "After making a purchase for 3 pairs of sneakers , I get an email stating my purchase was canceled, after calling my bank and Jimmy jazz on 3 way , I was told I'd have to make a second purchase for the same amount and wait 2-5 days till they release my funds from the 1rst purchase back into my credit card account.. this is rediculous , my bank could not understand why Jimmy Jazz could not help me out, they stated "I'd have to wait to get my money back and if I wanted the merchandise ,pay for it again, and the lady was rude , supposedly the manager of customer service ..All I wanted was my shoes at the discounted price , which I was also told I'd lose that price if I didn't make a 2nd order same day..what type of customer service is this,you are making money from your customers, that's not the way to treat so called customers..Anyhow just want people to know my experience and really wanted to get my sneakers from them but I guess it wasn't going to happen.. thanks for hearing me out."
"They will NOT help you at all. If it has to do with a refund or canceling an order, you're pretty much screwed. Iplaced an order and a hour later, I wrote an email asking to cancel my order because I did not see that it was a scallop tee. I asked to cancel my order before any shipping confirmation and they reply saying that they're unable to cancel it because it's already "processed". They act as if they're not humans and can't just cancel my order and issue a refund. It's so simple."
"I was looking for the brand YMI and found good pricing on their items on the Jimmy Jazz website. I looked at the reviews and was reluctant to order from them since I read some bad reviews. I read that the shipping took long, they give out the wrong tracking number etc. I figured I'd order just a couple of things and if I'm not satisfied I just won't order again. Glad I made the order! I got free shipping for being a new customer. Placed my ordered 10/05/2016, order was process 10/08/2016 and got tracking number 10/10/2016 and received purchase 10/14/2016. Everything was nicely packaged. Would buy again from this store. "
"My husband and our 10 year old daughter went to Jimmy Jazz in Lakeland FL to purchase our daughter a new pair of sneakers. There were two sales people and they had no intention of waiting on us. We should have known from the minute we walked in the door when my husband said hello and asked the salesperson how he is doing. The salesperson responded "I'm here." We were there about 20 minutes with no help. There was a few other shoppers in the store so they were not busy. When we left I said thanks for waiting on us. I don't know what he said under his breathe but I know it wasn't nice. They had no intention of waiting on us. Why are they open if they are not going to provide good customer service? We won't go back and I will tell everyone about this. By the way, we walked to the sneaker store next door and they waited on us and were very nice."
"I placed an order yesterday, 8/8 for the Rihanna x Puma Fenty slides. I chose fed ex ground shipping and the site stayed that the estimated delivery would be 8/11. Fast shipping right? Nope. I reached out to their customer service today and they informed me that the ground shipping actually takes 5-7 business days to process. So if that's the case, why does your site give an estimated date of 8/11 for delivery? Very misleading. I feel like this is definitely a ploy to take more money. Customer service could've cared less. I want to just get the shoes in the mail already and be done with them. I'd never do business with them again. "

"Okay so, I read a lot of the reviews on this site and I was super hesitant to buy a pair of shoes from here. I bought them online, not in the store. I've read bad reviews for both the store and for online. Anyhow I decided to go ahead and order the shoes because they had these Jordan's that I've had a hard time finding anywhere because it's an older model. The price was better than any other online store but the best part is that they had my size! I figured I would have to wait a really long time to get them based on the other reviews, so I was prepared to wait. I got the shoes within 4 days and my account was charged the same day the shoes were delivered to my house. They look great, they were delivered fast and I'm very satisfied with jimmy jazz. I would definitely buy from here again."
