They really do ****!!

"ordered a package on May6, I waited 2 weeks and the tracking number just stopped tracking on Usps.com. I called JimmyJazz and they took there days to let me know that the package was lost. it took them another 3 weeks to refund me my money. "

Scammers

"My fiancée and I shopped at Jimmy Jazz for the first time today. We bought some black jeans for the price of $65. Before purchasing the jeans, my fiancée asked the store clerk if he could try them on. We were advised that there were no fitting rooms. No red flags because the store is newer at this location and it looked like it was still under construction. We went to another store and while he was trying on a shirt, he tried on the pants. They were extremely small, so we decided to return them. The store clerk refused to return our money. We had only been out of the store for 10 minutes. They have a no returns policy, only exchange or store credit. If you get a store credit, you must use it in 120 days. We were basically forced to exchange. Our intent was not to purchase random items, being that we were going to an all black event. I can almost understand a no return policy if you have the chance to try on, but we weren't given that opportunity. The store clerks were very rude and sarcastic when we requested our money back. I will never shop there again. This is a scam. "

First and last purchase

"I went in like I usually do, even though their clothes are ugly, and over priced, and too big for me any ways. I seen a jacket on manikin, it had no tag so I asked the manger if it was for sale. She said it's $165, I thought about it looked it up online didn't find anything and decided to purchase it. I went home and was on their website, only to find out they sell it for $130, on sale and originally $150. So, clearly she made up a price off the top of her head. I brought it back and when I showed her the $130 price, she said "Yeah?, I can only sell it for what it shows in my system as". It didn't have a tag, and I watched her type it in so I know she is lying."

"I went into the Cumberland Mall location with the intent to purchase children shoes. I was told by a floor rep that all of the shoes on the wall are boy shoes (including infant/toddler) so if they are girls, you have to purchase 2 size smaller. I told him I needed a girls 2 and 13. He then told me that I needed a 11c and 13c. When I got home, I saw that the shoes were too small. I found out that children shoes are the same size for both girls and boys. I went back to exchange the shoes in the store. I told the manager, which has no custormer service skills, what I wrote in the begining. He told me they do not do refunds and that I can exchange. I was able to get the correct shoe size for the size 2 but they did not have the size 13 that I needed. The rep on the floor tried to look for another shoe type taken but they did not have the size. I told them that I did not want the shoe. I would like a refund. I told him, had I known that they did not have the shoe that I wanted, I would have never purchased it from that store. I also stated that this is an error on their end and they should give me my money back. The manager then told me it was my fault I purchased the wrong shoe. I told him that I gave his employee the correct shoe sizes and he gave me incorrect information that lead to the wrong shoe being purchased. He then told me that I can come back another day to see if we have that shoe. I told him I needed the shoe before Christmas. He told me to go to another Jimmy Jazz to exchange. I told him I should not have to do that since it is not my fault. I asked for the corporate number. He hesitated. He tried to call someone. He stated that it is his district manager and she was not answering the phone. I asked for both numbers. I tried to call. After 15 attemps to voicemail, I got someone. Shanita told me that she would see if they can locate the shoe for me and would call back. She has not called. I thought Wal-Mart has bad customer service, this is the WORST!
I am just now getting a call back from the DM! On 1/4/16! She was suppose to call me back on the 12/21/15 to let me know if she could locate the shoe. She never called me back! I called again on 1/1/16 and left a message. No call back. I see now the only reason she did call back was because NJ Jimmy Jazz told her too! I let her know that I had to call around to different stores to locate the shoe. I had to drive all the way to Greenbriar Mall to exchange this shoe! I should not have had to do this. I let her know that this company has the most ridiculous return policy. I let her know that she did not help at all. I let her know that I had to resolve my own issue! She did try to offer a discount in the store. I told her I did not want it. I also told her that I rather pay more at another store than shop with this company again. I only came to this store because my husband told me too. This was my first encounter with this company and it is certainly my last. I will stick to Foot Locker were I know the employees are more pleasant and know about shoes.

"Lets write a real review of this store, there are a couple of websites clearly sponsored by Jimmy Jazz. I just want to warn people to take care when ordering on their website. And NEVER use a gift card when making a purchase. I purchased 388.00 worth of merchandise for my son for Christmas, 2 days later I receive an email from Jimmy jazz that the order was cancelled. TWO FRICKEN DAYS LATER- I DONT HAVE THE GIFT CARD ANYMORE I SPENT IT THERE! They could NOT rerun the card and they said it was a different address used than the billing address. UMMM< YEAH ITS A VISA GIFT CARD!!!!!!! SO, I said, ok, can you just place the order again using the card info you have stored? Because the card is in the back of a garbage truck somewhere SINCE the ORDER INITIALLY WENT THROUGH! I placed the order again using my debit card after they told me they will refund my gift card, and will call me in 24 hours. I spoke to Cynthia and that may not even be her real name. Of course, nobody fricken called me back and I called and they just cant help ya! They all can screw themselves. How fricken disrespectful and disgusting. I spent 800.00 on a 400.00 order. DO NOT TRUST THEM> I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FURIOUS!"

"it took me moving out of New York to learn to appreciate jimmy jazz for the slammin clothes an sneakers !!!! I ordered some jay's for my son for back to school he's a fly little dude an he's going into the third grade so you known he has to go threw right..?.. We live in Maine yes Maine.. But we are from Queens . South Ozone an its hard as hell to shop unless you want to drive 2 hrs. So i stay on line shopping ... I went online just to check jimmy jazz site an I was like wow!!! The prices where great !!!! Shipping Was great.the customer service was friendly..loved it..

"I purchased $130 sneaker for my son and I was shocked that when I wanted to return item within 2 weeks, I couldn't. The receipt says that No $Refund!!!!! AND for Exchange IN ONLY 7 days AND ONLY If unworn!

NO REFUND WHAT SO EVER???? And for exchange is ONLY 7 days (with conditions)?

I have no idea how they got all these good ratings????? FAKE

"DO NOT SHOP AT THESE STORES!!!! This rating is for my experience on 12/28/2014 at the South park Mall location. I purchased items for this store thirty mins ago got home and the clothes do not fit. I called the store and was notified that they do not offer refunds by any means necessary. How is it that you are offering the selling of clothing to customers and not supplying the use of a fitting room so consumers can try on the items to ensure a proper fit, since you don' t provide refunds under any means necessary PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!! "

"Actually, I've been ordering from Jimmy Jazz for quite awhile, for mostly sneakers and hats. I've never had any issues on shipping, product quality etc. There are tons of deals to be found here and coupons all over the internet. Their prices are very reasonable but shipping is kinda high if you're just ordering one hat. Over all, I've been pretty happy with my purchases. I can't comment on their customer service because I've never had need to contact them. "

"Shipped package with signature in person only required. Will not leave a $40 item at the door. Called customer service who was very rude to me and hung up the phone on me. Called back and eventually spoke to someone to help. Very unprofessional store would never recommend anyone shop here!"
