price change mid order

"First order went fine. A couple weeks later I went to place another order but during check out prices went up by $30 from the time I put the items in the cart to when I checked out, within 15 minutes time. No warning, just changed. Customer service said it was normal, nothing they could do. "

website is a fraud - Stay away

"On Saturday May 11th I purchased a pair of shoes Women's 670v5 size 7.5 and on May 14th the order was cancelled as they claimed that they were out of stock. I contacted them via chat as these same shoes showed that they were now in stock but at a higher price (they are now $47.99 and I originally paid $33.59). The person I chatted with stated that they indeed were out of stock and that he would get these shoes off the website right away. I was not convinced so I purchased 6 pairs of these same exact shoes in the same size and low and behold they shipped tonight, the same day they were cancelled saying they were out of stock. I am not sure how they can ship they items that are supposedly out of stock. They did give me a tracking # and I checked it so I know they shipped. Stay away as they lie to their customers. "

Buyer beware

"I ordered shoes on a Friday. On following Tuesday got an email for a sale from them, showing shoes ordered on Friday reduced in price and code for free shipping.

Called them on Wednesday and was told by their customer service that nothing can be done about the reduced price or the free shipping.

Haven't even received the shoes yet !

"Don't expect to get your order anytime soon. They will hold your order and drag their knuckles and then use the slowest courier process. Don't call them about it cas it won't matter. They are polite but care less. Get over getting it early or even on time."

Horrible Customer Service

"Ordered a pair of shoes which were not the color I desired. The company refused to cancel the order immediately after purchase and I ended up out of $20 some odd dollars for return shipping. I love purchasing online and this was probably by far the worst experience I have had buying anything online!"

Absolutely Terrible

"So I ordered a pair of cleats for my son who needed a new pair for a tournament coming up. By the third day after I ordered I called because they still had not shipped. The woman (who was very polite) told me she had to call the warehouse and would call me back when she found out what was going on. I never did get a call but on Friday (I ordered on Sunday) I got an email saying the order was cancelled and offering a $10 discount for my trouble. UMMMMM, I just waited 5 business days to find out the order I made was cancelled when I could've gone elsewhere to buy the cleats (although it would've cost me a bit more at least he would've had them). A $10 coupon means nothing to me at this point because I have zero intentions of purchasing anything there every again. They should seriously work on their customer service and communication within their business. "

Terrible experience - Don't buy here!

"I bought shoes with free shipping on July 25th, I was supposed to receive them in 5/7 labor days. Never happened! When I checked the tracking number I saw that the item was returned to the seller because the company or receiver item was wrong. FALSE! The info was OK. When I called, a woman told me that when the shoes were there again they would begin my refund, 10 more labor days to receive my money back. And they don't have spanish assistance.
I called my bank and all is OK, tomorrow I'll have my money back. Take care of this "company", they are awful.

Order cannot be cancels or changed for ANY reason!

"Within 20 min after placing an order, I called to see if the shoe size could be changed, I was told unfortunately no. I asked if the order could be cancelled. The representative told me that she cannot cancel the order either and that I would have to ship it back for an exchange. Since I received free shipping I asked if I would owe for shipping the package back, she said yes I would owe the cost of shipping...customer satisfaction guaranteed? Hardly. Will be billed, and my expense to return shoes that have not shipped. I will shop else where from now on!"

"I highly recommend not to buy any shoe from this website, better go to any local outlet.
JNBO will just dont bother how much you pay, they dont support you for returns and say they give you shoe at very low price which is wrong.

Stressful Customer Service - Not worth the hassle

"Customer Service are closed Saturday and Sunday and hours are 9-6 on Monday to Friday. What kind of retail work like an office in these days? Even banks and post office have extended hours and are open in the weekend.

Can't cancel order once you hit "place order". Shoes run a high risk of not fitting well and need return. I know they sell at a lower rate and can't offer free return. But it would be nice if they include a return label where they would deduct standard rate for return shoes from the refund. High volume customer gets better deal with shipper and paid considerably less than what it costs a consumer to ship it back at retail price. I don't think I will be purchasing from them again. It's not worth the stress. Bad business model. Not customer friendly at all.
