"Customer Service are closed Saturday and Sunday and hours are 9-6 on Monday to Friday. What kind of retail work like an office in these days? Even banks and post office have extended hours and are open in the weekend.
Can't cancel order once you hit "place order". Shoes run a high risk of not fitting well and need return. I know they sell at a lower rate and can't offer free return. But it would be nice if they include a return label where they would deduct standard rate for return shoes from the refund. High volume customer gets better deal with shipper and paid considerably less than what it costs a consumer to ship it back at retail price. I don't think I will be purchasing from them again. It's not worth the stress. Bad business model. Not customer friendly at all."

Bought a pair of shoes that did not work out for me and when I called them, I was advised, the shoes have not be in 'new' condition used inside the house in order to be returned. "Honestly, I'm shocked with all these bad reviews. Most people seem to be complaining about return shipping, first, if you don't know your size in New Balance, then go to a store and try them on. Don't expect an online retailer to eat the shipping fees to and from because you don't want to take the risk. That is just lazy.
Secondly, I have ordered MANY pairs of shoes from Joe's. Sure the shipping is slow, but the product and the price are great. My shoes were not counterfeit, I have owned about 20+ pairs of New Balance shoes and all of the ones I got from Joe's are legit and last many months to years. Because of Joe's I tend to throw my shoes out after a year or so since they are so cheap to replace!
The only gripe I have with this company is that the shipping is slow...it's annoyingly slow, but it's free so you can only complain so much! That being said, I just ordered two more pairs of shoes from here, the first pair is great, nice black pair of shoes for $20 shipped...for New Balance...BEAT THAT...You can't!!!
So bottom line, know your size, know your prices, and take advantage of the deals when you can. "
"Pricing isn't worth dealing with no customer service. If you offer online you have 5 minutes to cancel and they are open 9-5 only. I placed my order outside of the 9-5 window because I have to work. So no options even though the order didn't ship"
