"I purchased a Seiko watch which clearly showed a picture of it with a blue strap. The description stated it had a navy strap. When the watch arrived it had a black strap. After contacting customer service, I was told that it was a navy strap. I sent photos clearly showing it was a black strap. No, they insisted it was blue, it wasn't. They suggested I ship the watch back at my cost! What a hopeless lot. I will not buy again ever from this business. In the competitive market that exists today, to argue over the wrong colour description of a watch strap is below petty. I cannot for the life of me understand Jomashop's position. I suggest you be very cautious about purchasing from this company."
