"Ive come to realize this is just not a trustworthy company. I ordered a watch for my wife on Friday 5/14 and it they created a label for it at around 6pm. That label has stayed in created status for 5 days with no change on USPS. They are insisting they shipped it, but after speaking to USPS they said there is no way it was in their possession. Joma is insisting it is which is a bold faced lie. This is now the second time I bought from them and both times they were very quick to lie and not live up to their end of the deal about shipping.

The 1st time I paid extra for expedited shipping and it was not shipped as I paid for and I ended up wasting the money for faster shipping. I understand delays happen but lying to a customer is terrible business and shows they are dishonest and willing to cut corners. I dont know about you but buying graymarket watches is already a risky thing but to buy from a company so willing to deceive is a bad idea. I would not recommend them at all. Calling them is a torture, on hold for an hour only to have the person confirm the fact that their email rep lied about the item shipping because of a Jewish holiday. Ill be contacting my credit card company and initiating a dispute by end of business today if the status doesn't change.
