"My dad has bought suits with JAB for a long time and have been pleased with things until the last visit. The last visit my husband and i came int with my dad to take advantage of there buy one get one sale. First we were deceived by the guy telling us the only suits available were the ones in a certain section the store THE Most Expensive with out giving us any price ranges. We paid over 1700.oo for a suit and two white shirts. Then had them tailored and marked all up before giving us any pricing once again, so by the time my dad got to the register to pay he felt stuck because of the suit being all marked up and done for alterations.
Then we discussed a pick up date for the suit being that is was for a wedding. I went down on the due date to pick it up for my dad and was told it was not ready if i came back tomorrow it would be ready. I told the manager of our experience with the sales guy and the purchase and the manager said he would call and make things right with my dad. How ever that would be? Picking up the suit caused a lot of grief because the wedding the that day,but they explained it would be ready in the am for sure. I came back down to pick up the suit again the next day and I took it to my dad to wear.... the alterations were a mess. He had to take it back himself and show them the many things that needed to be fixed with the suit right away to be ready for the wedding. What a stinking mess and stress. Paid WAY too much money for a crap service and suit. And still no one over called my dad to talk to him about all this mess, complications, and stress he experienced. He will never go back and neither will my brothers or my own husband for the way this was handled. If you look into how much had been purchased by these gentlemen you will realize what a huge loss this will be for your store. Let alone the word of mouth we will share.

"I have to say I was looking for the quilted blazer/jacket and the price was right. Will have to see how it looks. There are certain brands that nail men's fashion with classic coats like Loro Piano - one idea is to look at their outerweak jackets and make similar ones. They are great looking. I dont know anything about Bank's clothes so will see if cheap etc. Also Montcler makes awesome looking coats - just a thought. Sometimes I ask has Banana Republic ever been to Zara? or Have the people at Bing ever used Google? Dont re-invent the wheel take what's out there and make it better....
