"As I said, the experience on the site is extremely sub-par for this day and age. The product descriptions are much too brief so I had to try and chat to get more info. This took way too long and I am doubtful whether I received accurate information. There is only one picture of each sweater so I am unable to determine if they have the features I am looking for. It makes me doubt that the CEO of Jos. A. Banks ever uses their website. I recommend that they shop on Amazon to for a role model of what works well. I had a gift card to use (from a store return) and it was unclear which number to input (couldn't tell if it was the serial number or the number underneath the bar code). This is an easy fix that made the shopping experience easier for customers."
