"I have several reptiles and it gets pricey ordering insects at the pet chain stores. When I decided to order online, I first tried Fluker Farms. I ordered 1,000 crickets and within one week, all of them were dead. I did everything right. I was so confused and disappointed.
I did not want a repeat of that so I decided to try Josh’s Frog’s. I ordered another 1,000 crickets along with giant meal worms and supers. I provided the exact same diet and environment for these insects... AND THEY ARE THRIVING!!! I am not exaggerating when I say that I have had them for over two months and I have not had a SINGLE cricket die yet from causes other than being eaten. They are actually breeding!! I feed the larger insects and every time I feed or clean their tub to remove debris, I see new tiny baby crickets. "I just received another cricket shipment and everything is dead inside of a week. I keep them in big 17 gallon plastic totes, with paper egg cartons, flukers food and gel. Temp is 65 degrees. I have 1000 dead 1” crickets in 2-3 days after receiving them. The 1/2” lasted about 7 days, so 1000 of them dead too. My first order of 500 arrived mostly dead. Maybe 10% were alive"
