"I did a first shopping and was amazing, however, my second order, sofa, lamp, tables, I had a hard time to receive, they had a problem with their supplier, but i just discovery after call asking about my delivery, because the due date, 4 months later my shopping didn't happen. Ok i wait one more month as they told me and nothing, even a call back telling me about update never happened, after more than a month finally received, but one item missing one lamp that should be delivery by FEDEX, but never happened. Always is a nightmare call this company, I just want what I bought in November and didn't receive until end of June. I had an amazing and a one horrible experience, the beauty and quality are in a second plan after all the hard time I'm still having to receive my entire order or the refund! "

"I had been pining for a Joybird to come and live with us. When it came time to move forward, I was impressed with the ease of each step in the process. I already had my material samples so the ordering process was simple and straightforward. It helped that there was a way to check the progress of the order online but I think it also encouraged a compulsive need to check it constantly. When it arrived, the delivery went smoothly and my purple couch was even more spectacular in person. Very happy camper!"

"Joybird is not just your average furniture company. All you need to do is look through the site at their videos about the company, employees and customers to know this. Our experience was TOP-NOTCH, the two couches we ordered are SUBLIME and I'm pretty sure we are the coolest kids on the block now. Our couches are modern, yet totally work in our old farmhouse with a bohemian vibe. It took a while to get the pieces from California to Maine, but we got them at the estimated time given to us and it was WORTH THE WAIT!"

"I was an early customer of Joybird and was impressed with the furniture quality, style, options, and business model. Our Soto chair and Hughes couch always solicit compliments from visitors and I have had 2 friends make purchases from Joybird after hearing about/seeing in person. They have also been really satisfied. Recently we had a rip in a couch cushion and Joybird has been great about sourcing the fabric (our couch is 3 years old and the fabric is not in the current inventory) and helping us with a replacement. Wonderful support! I have stopped looking at other furniture companies, and am eyeing a large sectional to replace our decade old, tattered couch in the basement tv room. Great company!"

"Joybird's team is incredibly responsive to any questions you have about their quality furniture. You also feel like part of the process as they send you updates as to what stage in the manufacturing process the piece is in at that time. The end product is phenomenal; we have now owned our sectional couch for over two years, and it shows no wear. (To be honest, fiance even spilled a glass of wine on it, and it came right out!)"

"I have ordered from joybird twice now and have been super impressed with the customer service I encountered. I bought a large sectional from them and noticed it had a small area that had a seam loose - they quickly contracted someone to fix it. Though the time from ordering to actual delivery feels like a long time, when I hadn't gotten an update in a while I reached out to them and they gave me a credit which I used to buy pillows.
I recently went to West Elm to purchase chairs and a media console and was disturbed by how hard it was. Checking out was awful, and then when we wanted to add more items $3000 to the order they said no. We wanted it on the same order because shipping was $300!! And I've called them twice today and both times got disconnected. Finally, Their items have NO warranty and anything "custom" they don't let you take back! Our "custom" chairs we ordered (that were on the store floor) that we asked to return the same day, they said no.
Joy bird was night and day different - their customer service answers within a few minutes and is kind and easy to work with. When I discussed adding more onto my order we talked about if I wanted to delay the order or to just make a new order with less shipping cost. I was floored. Though I THOUGHT i liked West Elm, I don't want to deal with their customer service and NO warranty. "

"We have two young kids AND we'd like to also think that we have good taste. Finding a sofa that works with a 4 year old and a 2 year old, with mid-century modern sensibilities is no easy task, but we were delighted when we found Joybird. We purchased the HOPSON Corner Sectional in the Sunbrella Premier Fog fabric and we've been absolutely delighted not only with the couch, but also with the superb customer service every step of the way. I've even adopted some of the Joybird customer delighting secrets for my own small business.
Our sofa gets tons of compliments from our guests and tons of use from us and our kids every day. We couldn't be happier with it - and Joybird!

"I love statement furniture and am a minimalist so shop very carefully to find that one fabulous sofa. When I searched for a mid-century sofa online I had some specific criteria - it had to fit into a small apartment, have clean lines, be reasonably priced, and be dog friendly. I live in Houston and had passed the JoyBird store many times so checked out the website and soon found what I was looking for. I chose the Howard sofa, which can seat two humans and two dogs, and the Essence Aqua fabric, which is pet-friendly (tight weave so easy to remove dog fur from) and from the classic mid-century modern blue color palette.
I'm not a patient person but the email updates from JoyBird on the progress of my sofa, which was being handcrafted, were very helpful and when it finally arrived it was love at first sight - for both myself and my dogs, Daisy and Monkey. Although the dogs each have their own beds they much prefer relaxing on our JoyBird sofa. When friends visit they always compliment it but never get a chance to sit on the sofa because, well, it's taken - thank you very much! Even after two years of dog love, this sofa looks great. Next - a matching chair (for the guests).
Oh, and JoyBird customer service is fantastic if you ever have questions!"

"Overall, I am very happy with the products. I love the mid-century vibe and all of the customizations that Joybird offers with each piece. Their design team was very helpful to me, a huge plus for not being able to see the products in advance.
My experience while waiting for the furniture was frustrating, with multiple delays and seemingly endless run-arounds between support, production, and management. In the end, it took 6 months to receive the furniture instead of the expected 2 months. I will say, however, that their customer service redeemed itself in the end, once a manager took a hold of my account. They offered me a partial refund for the negative experience and assured me that it isn’t their normal practice. They also offer rewards for loyal customers. Because I loved the furniture once it finally arrived, combined with their customer service and rewards program, I will be purchasing from Joybird again! I am confident that my next experience will be more positive all-around. If you have the patience to wait a bit longer for your furniture, I can highly recommend Joybird! You won’t be disappointed in the end....it’s worth the wait!"

We are pleased with the quality, the fact that it came in two parts and could fit through a narrow hallway into our living room, and that we were informed about the process every step of the way from when the couch was being made to when it was being shipped for delivery."

"I have recently relocated from Atl to NY - I sold everything in my Atl home, bought a split level "fixer-upper" and got to work. I have purchased almost everything for the home from online shops - from lighting to vanities to door knobs - but furniture can be tricky; how do you buy a sofa you cant sit on?? Well, Joybird has it figured out. First - they have delicious designs, more colorful and interesting then any other online source in this price range. Second - they will send free fabric swatches - so you can actually feel the fabrics and see them next to your walls, rugs, etc. Third - the return policy is fabulous - 365 days??!!! Wow - so even if skeptical, a great safety net!! Plus white glove delivery (although my deliverers were not great - they put the cushions on all wrong). I certainly dont plan on returning a thing (so far I have a beautiful sectional and ottoman with throw pillows) - but I do plan to go back for more! Five plus stars!!"
