The kids are never bored with them. Great exercise, too. Buy an adult size, and jump with your kids! "Jan 6: They only delivered one of the two balls we bought for christmas. I've called their customer service number several times. There is no answer and no answering machine. I've emailed their customer service department twice and received no reply. They have a link on their webpage to 'chat' with customer service but when you click it and wait for 1 minute you find out that no operators are available to assist you right now.
Jan 27: Still waiting for the ball that was promised immediately after they read my bad review. This is a scam company. I do not recommend waisting your money."

RESPONSE on 1/2: maybe you should check your records as to what was delivered on 12/28 because it was NOT 3 orange jumping balls plus a pump - it was 1 YELLOW ball (which yes we plan on sending back assuming the post office will send it back even though it was delivered by FedEx)! Why did you send us 1 yellow ball?? And our order was guaranteed by Christmas - TWICE! And why isn't anyone available to talk to on the phone?
