"The customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure I received my item in time for Christmas. I placed an order on December 1st and for some reason I wasn't getting any emails regarding shipping/tracking # info. By December 21st, I realized that there was a problem. I contacted the company via live chat online and received prompt, efficient and excellent help in resolving the problem. They found the error on their end in processing the order and overnighted the item to me so that I would have it in time for Christmas! I would highly recommend this company for both it's outstanding customer service and outstanding product quality."

No one ever available to help me. Very disapptointed. Order was placed on December 7 for Christmas and never recieved. My credit card payment was sure processed quickly!"
"I placed an order on 12/13 and received an email that my order would be received on or before 12/23 and to "trust us". I tracked my order and it will not be delivered until 12/28. I have tried the phone number, tried to email customer service and tried their "live chat", which was conveniently offline. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Once this order is received, it will be returned for a full refund. I am now in the 11th hour and will be with the throngs of others trying to find something else for three little girls to open tomorrow night. "
