No instructions on how to release the knotted cord that is so tight it want budge. No instructions on how it goes up and down.

"Awful, customer service does not know how blinds work and want tell me. Not one instruction on what cord to cut to loosen them down. Facebook here I come. I will tell everyone not to order from a Just Blinds. I’ve tried for 3 days to Getz Morgan to help me at customer service, Duh.... she doesn’t know how they work either. She says cut the cord. What damn cord do I cut."

BEWARE!!! WILL NOT PROVIDE CUSTOM RESULTS OR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

"I ordered a blackout roller shade for a window in our home. I placed the order directly with a JustBlinds representative over the phone, giving her the window frame dimensions precisely.

When the "blackout" roller shade arrived, there was a HUGE, nearly 1" gap on both sides of the shade, letting in loads of sunlight, and exposing the double-hung window tracks. The shade looked like it was for the wrong window. The impression it leaves is decidedly like someone wearing pants that are embarrassingly short, exposing the ankles and socks.

When I contacted JustBlinds, I was told this is their *standard* for custom shades!! I was further invited to place ANOTHER ORDER with a 20% discount to get something that fits better!!!

I sent JustBlinds a photo of our existing roller shades, and these clearly leave scarcely/only 1/8" on each side, blocking out the entire window and looking like a perfect fit. This proof of what custom shades should look like was of no use.

I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company to obtain a refund on product that is clearly misrepresented as "custom".

"Ordered blinds that are clearly brown on the website. Received blue blinds. This is not a matter of taste or interpretation; what we received are clearly the wrong color, but they would not help because we did not get a "deluxe warranty". "

Don't Waste Your Time

"After receiving the blinds we thought they looked cheap and that the fabric was not what we really wanted. Unfortunately we just through away a pile of cash bc they do not accept returns. I'm not sure how any online business operates without accepting returns but I hope more people don't waste their time or money on such a poor product with even worse customer service."

Charging fake 'sales tax' and pocketing it..?

"I worked for a while on a large order until I noticed they were charging sales tax in the checkout process. I asked them what this was about, since they are in Texas and I am in Washington. They cited some new regulation without specifying. There is no cross state regulation that I am aware of.

I verified with WA Sate dept. of revenue if they are listed as an entity perceiving/collecting sales tax on behalf of the state and they are not listed anywhere.

As far as I am concerned, they are pocketing the 'sales tax' they invented.

They constantly give out 15% ~ 25% site wide discounts. DO NOT SETTLE for only 10% discount.

"They constantly give out 15% ~ 25% site wide discounts. DO NOT SETTLE for only 10% discount. I made this mistake and within two days of ordering my blinds, their site had 25% 4th of July sale. I called and e-mailed in to request if the new discount can be applied to my order but they would not budge at all. I ordered more than $1700 of cellular shade blinds on 10 large windows. This is a large order and since they are resellers, their profit margin should be great, but they were still unwilling to help me.

The cellular shades and shipping were good but don't settle for just 10% discount. Save yourself some money!

Won't accept return of incorrect blinds

"Ordered Top Down Bottom Up Blinds. Their website changed order to standard blinds because custom blinds were not available in our size. Not what we ordered, not what we can use, company won't accept return or make good. They even mentioned that this was a common problem on the website, they could not help, and they have other unhappy customers with same problem. WOW!
Lost $747 dollars. A more reputable company was able to fill our order perfectly.
Just Blinds is horrible and does not stand behind their products.

Roller shades will not fit

"The rollers for the shades are bigger than normal, 1.5" and would not fit in my windows. How large their rollers are was not disclosed and no warning was given. They refused to do anything about the 4 useless shades.

Worked out well, would buy again

"When I received my first cellular shade and found it was 1/2" narrower than what I had ordered, I was concerned, as many of the other negative reviews are from disgruntled consumers that have complained of the same problem. True, the shade was not exactly the same size as the window opening, but I decided to install it and see how the end result would look. Turns out, both shades that I ordered look amazing when installed. There's a marginal gap on each side to allow the shade free movement between the frame, but the gap isn't big enough to see out the window.

One thing to note is that the color (in my case Cloudy Day) is only on one side of the shade. I thought this was odd, but in my case having the white side facing out is not a problem. If you need color on both sides you may want to call the company first - I don't know if this is typical of this style of shade.

Overall I'm very happy with the cellular shades and will be returning for more when the time comes.

Horrible customer service....I am an unhappy customer.

"I ordered blinds that could not be side mounted. No where is description or installation instructions did it note that blinds could only be top mounted. Just blinds was not accepting of an exchange for refund for blinds that are completely unless to me. Lost over $600."

Slow delivery, Great Product, 2" Faux wood white blinds with opening rods

"I found the chat feature helpful, video installation helpful. Delivery time was one month, they moved my delivery time back twice. I was compensated 5 percent on my order. Packaging was could not have been better, heavy duty cardboard boxes, could have shipped to Mars and back without damage. Hint buy a reversible battery powered drill with a built in light and adjustable clutch with a seperate package which included a 1/4' Hext bit. With a coupon drill was $17.99 bits were $3. Made installation a snap. I opened and installed each blind as I went didn't find the printed installation instructions till I opened the final box. Video installation instructions were clear although the mounting hardware was slightly different. I chose to install the valances even with the window casing not protruding with the window trim, so I adjusted the mounting of the brackets somewhat. Installing went well I was impressed with the fit, Hint- on two of the blinds I taped the nylon fitting gently with a hammer and drove them in slightly which gave me an easy fit. I was very happy with the quality and would buy from them again, and found the wait worth the quality of the product. I would recommend them to anyone not in a big hurry."

BUY A NAME BRAND - SAVE TIME AND MONEY

"Pros: Blinds were delivered on the day promised. Packed beautifully, and sized accurately.
Cons: So-called "Privacy slats" are a nightmare. Truly pitiful design which consists of a 1/4" deep notch meant to hold the draw cords in the proper position. Can't raise or lower without having to reposition the slats which slip out of the back. A real pain in
the ****.
Two of the eight blinds ordered have defective locking mechanisms, which require pushing the cords toward the rail and pulling hard a couple of times to release. I expect them to break in fairly short order.
I've installed blinds on two houses without problems, and these really are the pits.
