"Gary the fitter is letting this business down. He tells lies and doesn't turn up to appointments. He rushes through the job so the blinds end up not being fitted securely and he's never heard of a dustpan and brush. Worst of all he stinks of a mixture of stale cigarette, coffee and body odour which takes days with windows open to fully clear. Just blinds are cheap but they're cheap for a reason. I'll never use them again which is a shame as my experience could've been quite different if they'd sent a decent fitter."
"Horrible customer service. I attempted to contact them via their website and email on 4 different occasions. They never responded to any of these requests. As it turned out, the product that I wanted to reorder was discontinued. No one had the decency to let me know this. The original product (premium woven wood blinds) were poorly constructed, but I needed a matching blind. "
"Ordering from your company was so simple and easy. I ordered the faux wood blinds and was concerned that they might look too plastic-y. But no one would ever know they were faux! I love how they look and the color is truly white, not ecru/beige. We installed 5 of our 6 shades in under an hour. I plan to order two more shades when we update our bedrooms. "I ordered roman blinds that began to break within a month. I called immediately but due to medical situations in my family it was a couple of years before I addressed it again. They would not replace them even though it was documented but would repair each blind for $45 plus shipping (very costly due to weight). At this point I will buy quality blinds link the Levelor's I have has for 20 years! (they never broke and look like new still)"
"Ordered a small shutter for a bathroom window. I mean it was small....35x22 for $85. They had the nerve to charge me $55 for a so called freight charge. I called CS to ask why it was so high, and all they said was that it was "standard" They can go get stuffed!!!! I refuse to be ripped off $55 for a piece of faux wood that weighs about 7lbs. I'd rather make it myself."
"I bought seven blinds from Just Blinds several years ago. They arrived on-time as specified and without any problems. I've been very happy with them. They are very high quality and I have not had any problems. I needed some cleaning instructions and sent an email on a holiday (Labor Day 2014). I did not expect an answer anytime soon. However, I received a reply within minutes. I then asked a second question and received another immediate reply. Very impressive!"

"The online ordering process was very streamlined. The color swatches online are nothing like they are in reality. We ordered "soft linen" which sounded and appeared to be a medium biege tone. The package shipped straight from China which also surprised me. Very disappointed when we received our order and they blinds were dark olive green. And, the blinds reeked of chemicals. We can live with the blinds in our room, but I am not putting the blinds in our baby's room because of the smell. I tried contacting the company three times to seek some sort of remedy, but received no response. I think their customer service is seriously lacking. The blinds function just fine. But, buyer beware...order a sample of the color first, and don't expect anything from customer service. I won't buy from them again."
