"Aside from one customer service rep who did a really nice job of keeping in contact with me, we had a terrible experience with justblinds.com. Our problems began when I ordered over the phone instead of online as I had some questions about how to properly measure the windows we were dressing. The customer service rep never asked whether we would like to have a privacy liner added since the shades we were ordering are virtually see-through - and because adding a liner is an automatic prompt online, I never thought to mention it. When they arrived & we saw how translucent they were, I called to order another set, this time with the liner, at 50% of the total cost. The order somehow was lost so it took almost 2 months to receive the remakes...and when they arrived they were incorrect. Rather than wait any longer for the correct items, I simply asked that they refund me for the myriad of hassles we'd been through (not mentioned above are the many tracking calls I had to make since my order never showed up in my account online) - but instead they offered only 20% off. I don't blame the service rep I was working with, but I don't appreciate the factory rep's unwillingness to give me what I feel would have been fair compensation either. I will not be using justblinds.com again."

"Scam artists. Took my order (on sale), charged my card, then emailed a few days later saying they were out of stock. Huh? They claim to MAKE blinds...how could they be out of stock?

I Ordered and paid for my blinds. Two full weeks later I was notified BY EMAIL that my selection was out of stock and was not told when it would be in stock or when the order would be fulfilled. However, when I rechecked the website it does not say that the selection was out of stock. I am trying to understand how they can charge my card and then two weeks later tell me the selection is out of stock? If its that screwed up you should really make a phone call to discuss the situation.
I went to call Just Blinds and the phone is disconnected.
I asked to cancel the order, never got an acknowledgment so I had to dispute it from my card."
"Poor quality blinds with even poorer customer service. I ordered $1050 (combination of routeless faux wood, routeless real wood, faux wood verticals, and cellular) worth (after promos) of blinds from justblinds.com.
The real wood blinds can splintered; 1st set of replacement slats were traditional (not routeless), 2nd set weren't cut correctly, and since I've been waiting for months, I'll never get the 3rd set. They have you measure the notches where the strings rest, but in my opinion, they should have a "formula" for each blind width and therefore should have standard measurements for the notches.
The faux wood verticals did not "hang" correctly, leaving gaps between vanes when closed. 1st set of replacement vanes were the wrong color, 2nd set matched but found it very difficult to get the vanes off w/o damaging the clips.
Initially my faux woods were fine, but after 5 months, I'm having problems with the cords when lowering blinds, which I don't do often.
Did not get shipment notifications on replacements either.
Initially, the CS reps were fairly responsive, but have since become totally unresponsive. Save yourself the time and headaches and don't buy from justblinds.com"
"WARNING: This company has devolved into a scam. They will take your money, never send you anything, and then lie when you call customer service.
I never received any blinds, and was lied to repeatedly by their customer service department. I don't know if they even sell blinds any more, or just charge credit cards. I can't imagine that this company will even be around much longer, once they are caught.
I will be going to my bank tomorrow to dispute the charges on my debit card.
Avoid ordering here, you won't get anything!"
"We have one blind that we just love from Just Blinds, but unfortunately, another that doesn't work (oversized double cell black out which is terribly heavy)and we have made numerous calls to customer service which has been very slow to respond after being intially completely nonresponsive. After many calls, they finally responded and sent a replacement hardware piece that is supposed to solve the problem, but highly unlikely as the blind is too big and heavy to hang and function properly on such a mimimal piece of hardware to work the cord."

"This was my third order. Very friendly customer service. All blinds that were delivered were the correct size and color. Out of the 9 blinds order, one had a minor scratch, but it is not visible after installation.
Very low prices. If you have installed blinds before, you will have no problems with their instructions.
Delivery status was poor, but packaging was excellent.
