Horrible

"Ordered a plant on 4/09/20. Got numerous excuses wht it was bot delivered. Its Sunday, they are still not delivered. Cannot get thru. On the phone,wont respond to emails. Horrible, dont order from here... they sure took my money however "

Horribe. Scammers who take your money but don't deliver the flowers.

"Do not call this company. It has been a nightmare and I still don't have my money back. Ordered funeral flowers on 2-14 for a delivery to Restland Funeral Home for a viewing on 2-15 by 4:00 pm which did not arrive. Called the next morning and told they could deliver 4:00-6:00 that day - funeral was at 2:00!! Cancelled order and told money would be returned in 3-4 days. Called the next day and JustFlowers.com confirmed that the order was cancelled and money being refunded. Credit Card was charged $153.96 on Tuesday. No refunds! Called again Friday and told they were delivered (NOT), but they couldn't prove it or provide who signed for them, and would not give me the name of the local florist in Texas that they used. Only offered to refund me $15.00, or deliver $75 worth of flowers to the deceased's home next week. What happened to the refund from Sunday and Monday?? These are SCAM artists and you will not get your Money Back or be treated fairly by them. They are members of the BBB and I have filed a claim through BBB, and am contacting the Texas Attorney General to see what they can do. If you have this problem with JustFlowers.com also known as FlowerDelivery.com, their address is 11999 San Vicente Blvd #340, Los Angeles, CA 90049."

Do I really have to pick a star!!!!!

"Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company . Never been so appalled at the lack of compaction a company has towards its costumers. Bought flowers from site and got wrong arrangement, was only 11 roses and were brown and old. Tried to get in tough with the service department over and over. They could careless and offer me 5 dollars off future orders then 10 and to resend the arrangement 5 days later. I declined the dreadful offer and take the bouquet to the shop they sub it out to and they tell me just flowers said it was ok to use different flowers. I guess eleven and dying and brown were what they had in mind. Several calls and extremely long wait times on hold I still have no resolution. They continue to make me wait and deal with the embarrassment I have suffered since the shop delivered the weeds. Thank you just flowers. Never ever have written a review about any company in my life but this is different , this is personal. And I will never forget the embarrassment on my wife’s face When she recieved this garbage. You ruined what was supposed to be a great day and got paid for doing it. Congrats just flowers!!!!!! KARMA "

Not what was ordered and missing items

"I ordered an expensive arrangement of lilies, roses and carnations with a balloon. What was received was roses and carnations. Very ugly and missing the balloon. Contacted justflowers.com by phone and email. Still waiting for a call back. Received an email saying they will refund the missing balloon. I want the ugly arrangement gone and replaced with the correct one or the ugly arrangement taken away and my money refunded."

STEER CLEAR of this company!!!

"What you order and what you get are NOT the same. They will not divulge their florists and send very poor quality flowers with ridiculous policies that prevent customers from getting their money back. Their customer service is horrible and when you do finally get a manager, you will not get a word in edgewise as she will cut you off and justify their crappy work. Do your homework and look at reviews from other sites and BBB before you decide. All I wanted was half of my $248 poorly done funeral arrangement money back for ruining what should have been a beautiful tribute to my mother. It ended up being a disaster with added insult of having to deal with this company to resolve this. Their response was we will give you $60. No. You will refund half of my money and nothing less. Buyer beware"

Never felt so violated

"They advertise on Google the guarantee deliver for Valentines day. What a big scam. They stole over 130 dollars from me and keep using unscrupulous tactics to avoid refunding your money even though you never received there flowers. If you in the mood to feel raped and violated and just have money to throw out the window then by all means this is the company for you. Apparently I am not the only person they violated because all their reviews read like rehearsed script. That is because they pull the same scam on everyone they rip off. The overwhelming one star rating does not lie. All the contact phone numbers are also a big lie. No one ever answers the phone at any of them. I know I tried them all and all day and night long. Your asked to leave a message that will never be responded too. The email contact is also a big lie. No one will ever respond to you with anything but an automated email. The overwhelming reviews don't lie. These people need to be reported to someone. Its an online clip joint with beautiful pictures of flowers that you will never see. Spend a few dollars more and go with a reputable on line forest with a history of decent business practices. I have never felt so frustrated, violated and disappointed in my whole life. This web site is nothing more than a computer generated money eating machine with an absentee landlord. "

Terrible service

"I had ordered flowers early Saturday morning Jan 4 on line for delivery that day. Even payed for Express Delivery(within 4 hrs). Recieved an email that afternoon saying the delivery would be rescheduled for later that afternoon. Never heard from the recipient that they had been delivered. Contacted the seller, Just Flowers, and their reply was that it would be delivered the next day, Sunday. Didn't get delivered! Got an email from them again today telling me that it wouldn't be delivered until the next business day. So I called them to cancel the order and they say it can't be canceled because the order had been sent to the florist and will be delivered tomorrow, Tuesday, January 7.
Don't do business with this outfit!!! If I could give them a negative star review, it would be a -10 star!

"Ordered on 12/27 for 12/30. Charged my card and did not process the order for my mom's 75th birthday. Neither of the 2 reps offered to make it right but kept blaming me. Why charge my card if the order is not processed? If you see there is a problem why not call? Disgusting!"

Never do business with this company.

"I placed two identical orders for “All Is Beautiful” centerpieces item number 4989 on 12/6/19 to be delivered on 12/23/19. One delivery to a NY address was made on 12/23/19 but it was the wrong flower arrangement. The arrangement delivered was not even close to the arrangement that was ordered. The second delivery to a FL address was never made on 12/23/19. The business was contacted by phone on 12/26/19 and spoke to a customer service representative. I received assurances that the correct arrangement would be delivered on 12/27/19 to the NY address and that a delivery would also be made to the FL address. Both of these statements were lies.
I called customer service again on 12/30/19 to inform a different representative that neither arrangement was delivered. Once again I received assurances that they would look into the situation and resolve the issues. My 35 years experience as a senior sales and marketing executive kicked in and realized that the responses provided were scripted to deceive customers with product or service issues. I began to lose my patience at this point and requested a refund on both orders since it became clear I was getting the run around. I was informed that they would only cancel the order that was not delivered but had to verify with the FL florist first. The incorrect order to NY could not be refunded and offered a small discount for the error. I decided to escalate the issues and requested to speak to a customer service manager. After holding more than 10 minutes, the CSR informed me that all managers were busy addressing issues on other calls and they will call me back.
While waiting for the manager to call back, I decided to investigate the company. What I found was a long history of egregious business behavior. Honestly, I have never seen this many bad reviews for any business. After waiting more than 4 hours, I decided to take action and post my experience with the BBB, Consumer Affairs and other business websites. I will also post this review on all social media websites in an effort to protect future customers from making the same mistake. In addition, I also called Visa to dispute the charges and use their leverage to obtain a refund. They are actually very concerned about Visa merchants that abuse customer rights under the law. I suggest anyone having the same issues with JustFlowers.com to do the same.

Don’t bother

"To keep it short and simple, they did not ever get the flowers delivered a week past the occasion they were sent for. Lots of apologies and offers to discount never got it done. Huge waste of time and effort."

Avoid at all costs

"I ordered an arrangement for a funeral that costed nearly 150 and what an embarrassment it was. It looked like we sent them a $20 punch from the corner. It seems they count on you never seeing what you sent. Buy elsewhere or even don't send anything so no one wonders what that was you sent!"

DO NOT USE justflowers. com! SCAM! Call your CC company and dispute the charges! Report to BBB

"I specifically ordered a plant with express delivery for a funeral service. It was to be delivered by 1pm the day after I ordered it. At 3pm the next day I received notice that it wasn't delivered but a "substitute" would be delivered the next day (the day of the funeral). I immediately called to let them know that was unacceptable and that I wanted to cancel the order. They REFUSED to cancel the order. I was livid! They PROMISED they would make SURE my order (NO Substitutes) was delivered asap the next day (funeral service day). After the service was over I again received notice that my order was not delivered and offering a substitute to be delivered the next day. I called immediately and they still were refusing to cancel my order--after miserably FAILING TWICE to deliver what I requested. Of course now there is no manager available, and someone would "call me back" I told them I wanted to speak to someone NOW and they had no other option than to cancel my order and refund my money. It's completely unbelievable that any business could have such atrocious, infuriating, and dismal performance and customer service. NEVER ORDER FROM justflowers; they are a failure on so many levels!!!???????????? I've never encountered such incompetence in a business.

Unfortunately, the hydrangea plant you ordered was not immediately available in Americus, Georgia on the date requested. We called you and offered comparable substitutions with a significant discount in order to express your sentiment at the funeral service. You were adamant that we cancel your order and that we did.

Reply to Comment: "less than excellent" service?? Your service was beyond dismal, extremely unprofessional, and a total scam. If the product that I ordered was not available, then 1. it should not have been offered on your website, and 2. I should have been IMMEDIATELY contacted so that I could make other arrangements when you failed the first time. Instead, you REFUSED to cancel my order, promising to deliver my order the next day (NO SUBSTITUTIONS) stating that you could deliver the product the next day with an apology for the recipient and a pathetic $15 refund. You NEVER called me, I found out through emails that you weren't delivering it and were going to "substitute" the product AGAIN after the funeral was over making it impossible for me to make other arrangements. If I had not followed up on this order, you'd have just taken my money!! You should be totally ashamed of that type of pathetic "customer service", clearly you are not. I had to CALL YOU after receiving emails and making it extremely clear how angry I was about your business practices and absolute incompetence to provide the service you pretend to offer. Your "substitutions" were not even close to comparable for what I'd paid for--and you were repeatedly told why they were not suitable. It's also unbelievable that you cannot find a hydrangea plant given their abundance and popularity all over the State of Georgia--they are everywhere!! (yet you FAILED to get one delivered in TWO days after I paid express service fees!). I called a local flower shop in Americus, GA who HAS the plant and could have delivered it on time when the order was placed--so you stating that it was "unavailable" in the area is clearly NOT TRUE. They also stated that if they would not have had the plant in the store (which they did) and had to get it from their supplier; they would have been able to deliver it the next morning (as you FALSELY PROMISED to do). This was the same information I received from every local shop I called--who also checked and had never even received an order for flowers on my behalf from you. So not only is your customer service horrible; you make statements that are lies; you obviously never made any attempt to fill my order--you simply worked a scam. Additionally $15 is not a "significant" discount given that you charged outrageous delivery fees when you FAIL TO DELIVER. Excellent customer service would have been when you failed the first time to deliver it, you'd have refunded the money for my order immediately and made sure you delivered what you were supposed to the next morning!!! Your company provides HORRID customer service, and you clearly fail to understand or care about your customers. Your "customer service" is beyond words, and your "canned" responses show your greed, incompetence and false statements. I was more than "adamant" about the refund that you REFUSED to give (spare everyone the charade that you willingly gave me a refund); I gave you NO OTHER OPTION than to refund my money given you REPEATED FAILED to deliver what was ordered. Over the blue horizon flower arrangement

"I purchased over the blue horizon for my father in laws funeral. He loved the color blue. I loved the picture of the blue iris's , the white roses , white lilies and the blue Colbalt vase. When I showed up at the funeral home, there were no roses, no iris s, no blue vase. What I got was periwinkle snapdragons some white flower that looked like a pansies. I received a clear vase with a navy blue bow. I called just flowers to get at least a 50 percent credit since it was not at all what I ordered. All they would give me was 15 dollars off. I guess I do not understand, if you did not get what you thought you were ordering , I should get something back. I am glad I did not upgrade to a larger arrangement. I sent pictures to this company to show them the ugly arrangement I received and all they kept saying is I'm sorry but would not do anything to compensate for their awful arrangement. This was the last gift I could possibly give my father in law and I wanted it to be special. I would never recommend using any online florist especially JUST FLOWERS.
