"I placed an online order with three days lead time. The item was available in the delivery zip code according to the site.
I got a call in the afternoon the day of the scheduled delivery to tell me the florist the chose woild not deliver to the area and it would need another day. This was a birthday plant arrangement - over $100 dollars. I agreed to have them deliver the next day. I emailed them later after thing it over, requesting a delivery discount for the late delivery.
The following day they emailed me with a message market “URGENT” stating they cpuld not reach me. I did not have any missed calls or messages on my cell phone. After a total of 18 minutes on hold they confirmed the flowers were being delivered and offered me a $5 gift card. I told them I would take a credit, but forget the gift card.
Within a few minutes of hanging up I had an email from them requesting yet another reschedule of the delivery.
I cancelled my order. They sentme another request for reschedule. I cancelled it again. I had better see a credit come through.
Not reliable. Poor service. Extra charges for processing and delivery are thrown in. Not recommended!"
"Was looking on line for sympathy bouquet to send and was not sure about shipping charges. Called the company spoke with Lee to inquire. She took my order and quoted $9.99 delivery for the town I wanted to send to. Went to check my email order confirmation as soon as I hung up phone and found extra charges totaling $21.23 so called the ***-***-**** customer service number. Anna said sorry but cannot cancel the order or credit me the difference but would allow a $7.00 credit because of the "misunderstanding". I had asked if there was any charge for placing order on phone instead of online where Lee said no. Apparently there is a $6.00 charge. Very deceptive; I'm unhappy and will not be ordering from Just flowers again. "
"The Bouquet was huge and gorgeous. Unfortunately there was no smell to the 'Fragrant Basket Bouquet'. Not the roses or the carnations or the lily. Sort of sad.
Main complaint is the cost. I ordered $60 item from CDN $ pricing field. Their confirmation showed $89.43! My Visa was charged $90.18. WOW HUGE jump. Certainly NOT from exchange rate from only $60CDN as they stated when they called me in response to my e-mail asking for clarity. But it was a beautiful bouquet and she lives a fair distance from any town so I was happy that it got there on time and they called before delivery as requested. She was thrilled with it and that is all I wanted for her. It WAS stunning! "

"I recently arranged and managed my father's funeral. One out-of-town friend arranged to have flowers delivered by this company. The flowers were not delivered. The friend was double billed. Although one of the charges was reversed, the other is still pending (and has been disputed with the credit card company). Worst of all, as I and others have attempted to resolve this matter, we have been told lie after lie. We were told the flowers were delivered the night before the funeral. When they learned that this would not have been possible, we were told they were delivered the morning of the funeral -- at a time when I was present. This was absolutely false. Next we were told that they were received and signed by a person named Sue. Sue explained that she never received or signed for the flowers, and did not even attend the funeral. She merely told a rude customer service representative that my family had left some flowers and other decorations and treats in the church. The flowers Sue saw the day after the funeral were delivered by a different, reputable, florist -- who delivered multiple arrangements without difficulty. I have called repeatedly, been placed on hold for twenty minutes and longer, been told that I would be called back, and more. This company does not deliver flowers. It delivers a pack of lies.
