"I ordered these the day before visitation/ funeral on a Sunday and they arrived that morning at the funeral home. The florist called me to verify address as there are two funeral homes with the same name no more than 20 miles apart. He was very gracious and wanted to confirm exactly what I wanted and explained that this was for a war hero. The picture does not do the flowers justice! They were absolutely beautiful!"

"I have been ordering flowers for the past 20 years to be delivered on Mother’s Day. This was the first year I ordered from Just Flowers and will certainly be the last. I am writing this review to warn people to steer clear. The flowers were not delivered on Mother’s Day and it took 3 days, 10 phone calls and multiple emails to finally get in touch with someone. After telling me multiple times that they were in fact delivered, they proceeded to tell me that they could not offer a refund do to the fact they they were being told it was delivered. After explaining 50 times that they were mistaken and my mother was home the entire day, they said it must be a problem with where she lives. I explained again that I have ordered flowers forn20 years to the same location. After many more excuses, they explained that it was their policy not to give refunds and they would have to redeliver. I explained that my parents were now in Florida so no reason to deliver. Don’t you know they were delivered to an empty house and are now sitting there waiting to die. It’s my goal to get the word out. Steer clear of Just Flowers!!!!"

"Whatever you do never order flowers from Justflowers.com! On the day before Mother's Day the sent my 88 year old mother a bouquet of lilacs that were half dead. The bouquet didn't even have any greenery or baby's breathe in it to help make it more attractive. Rather it looked like someone just went out back and whacked off a branch of a bush. They didn't even smell like lilacs!
When I complained the company sent a bouquet of some weird flowers again with no added baby's breathe or greenery and it certainly wasn't worth what I paid for it!
All week I tried to get a response from their customer service online so today I tried their phone number. I ended up in a fight with a representative who clearly doesn't know what customer service means. And I get told the flower shop won't redo the arrangement because it has been longer than 3 days! WAIT I'm being denied what is due me because I waited to try to get a hold of the company by doing it the way they requested on line?
So the long and the short of it is the flowers you order will not be the ones you get and when you complain they argue with you and won't honor their guarantee."

"If there was an option to put 0 out of 5 stars I would choose that! Horrible service!!! I placed an order for flowers two days before Mother's Day to ensure that the flowers would be able to get there on time. My order was $90 which was expensive, but I am currently out of state due to my husband being in the army and I thought it was worth the money if she was able to get the flowers on Mother's Day. I then called them again yesterday, and today to confirm my order and delivery. During both phone calls they ensured me that the flowers would arrive, guaranteed by 7 pm at the latest. The flowers did not arrive, I was not notified and I had to call tonight to only get an answer that they were "unable" to follow through with same day delivery (even though I ordered two days before I needed them to get there so they had extra time) and that the flowers would be rescheduled tomorrow. My mother works during the delivery times available and they stated that the driver would determine if they wanted to leave the flowers outside or reschedule for another day. She lives in AZ, so leaving the flowers out would quickly ruin them and she has the same schedule all week. The customer service representative then went on to tell me that since I ordered the flowers online instead of calling there might have been a delay? Then why do they offer online orders?? Why do the guarantee same day delivery? I am VERY disappointed in the service and the quality of this company. I chose this company because of their guarantee and they failed to deliver on it as well as even notify me. Waste of money. Waste of time.
I posted a review for this company a couple of days ago when they failed to deliver the flowers I ordered for Mother's Day. I ordered the flowers on Friday, giving them three days to get the order ready and deliver it. This company promises same day delivery- yet it is Tuesday and the order HAS STILL NOT been delivered. I have called the company a total of 8 times today- being placed on hold for at least 10 minutes at a time to just to leave messages to never hear anything back. I am NOT okay with this service. I encourage all of you to never go through them for ANYTHING. I will continue to spread the word on the horrible service I have encountered to every website I can. I still have not gotten a call back from them after two days of calling them and over a dozen phone calls and the flowers and my family has still not gotten the flowers. I have done a lot of online orders and this is above all the most disappointed I have ever been with the overall service and communication from this company."

"You guys are the worst!!! You ruined my Mother’s Day flowers for my mom. I paid almost 140 dollars for the most pity display of flowers. The entire display was different flowers and hardly no flowers in entire display...when I also paid 20 dollars extra for flowers.
