"DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM Just Suspension. You will save initially but if you EVER have to get something warrantied from them you might as well just go to a local parts house where you can talk to a real person and get helped and buy a part from them Just suspension will not respond to you they won't even respond when Amazon gives them 48 hours to respond. When I initially orders a set of struts and shocks I got all the parts but 1 front strut. 3 months later I wanted to return their set and go some where else but I would be responsible for return shipping so they refunded me the one strut. They told me that that strut was not available and they didn't know when it would be. I ordered it from KYB Outlet and had it in days. And it's pretty sad when you look up a company and they advertise that all the claims with the BBB has been resolved well we know that's a lie cause mine hasn't . "
"Ordered some strut cartridges and shocks for my 85 corolla coupe on a thursday.They arrived next week on friday. They had them for 43% off. All 4 of them for less than the price of the 2 front ones cost in store. 2 fronts would have been around 130$ at my parts store. If you added the 2 rears the price would pass 200$. Quite happy the price stayed under 150$

"Placed an order with kyb outlet with 2nd day air shipping on 06/04/15 ,all items were in stock at the time.I tried to call them but there is no phone number so I email them 3 day later to see where is my stuff ,only to find out that they were not even shipped.I got really mad,I paid extra for 2nd day air and they didn't even ship it yet?It gets worse ,week later again I asked in email where is my stuff or at least what is tracking number .Guess what ,it was not even shipped. So I ordered parts elsewhere .What a bunch of clowns.Wasted one week ,if I only knew I would order it elsewhere in first pace and parts would be already installed. "Bait and switch trick to cheat the customer; Before the order the catalog showed it was a front pair of Struts, after order and shipping, it was a single strut. Stay away from this vendor, the Struts did not ship with proper padding and protection, they even combined the other items into one box without proper packaging. Do yourself a favor, stay away! Stay away! "

I ordered the shock set for a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee in November 2014.
This package was supposed to consist of:
2-KG5477 shocks for the front
2-KG5197 shocks for the rear
What I received was:
1-KG5477 shock (with no hardware)
1-empty box marked KG5477
1-KG5197
1-box marked KG5197 containing a 554200 shock
Obviously the empty box is useless.
The KG5477 that did arrive is useless without the proper hardware to install it.
The 554200 is a European shock and as packaged is 2.5 inches longer than the KG5197.
The shocks came in only the shock boxes taped together with no packing material and a shipping label stuck on the bundle.
I contacted them within a week and they responded asking for pictures, which I sent.
It is now January 2015 and despite repeated requests I have had no further contact from them.
This seller should be removed from Amazon or any other place that they are listed on. The 2.83 rating is ridiculously high as their rating should be at least 0 or in negative numbers if possible,

"Stay away as warned. I didn't and paid the price. Easy to order and no phone number to call for help. Only one line short e-mails. I ordered and immediately AMI took my money from my credit card account. A few days late they claimed they shipped my order. Called ups and was told no order was shipped. For almost three weeks they said my order was shipped. No tracking and no support. Only broken English when they sent e-mails.I finally filed a billing dispute with my credit card company. I received nothing but they took my money. It will take a couple of months to get my money back but I learned to stay away from KYB outlet and Just suspensions as well as Shocks.com. as they are the same crooks. When I finally told him I was done with his company the idiot asked me if I wanted to reorder and he would ship right away. Don't order here or you will be sorry as there are much better AMERICAN merchants who will get you your parts fast and cheaper. Check it out, this so called company only has 2 employees, idiot and his wife Ami. I even went to KBY factory customer service and as they are not a part of kyb outlet it was no help. Plus they are buddies so I knew that was a dead end. I can't think of one good thought to say about this company. It's your time and money. "I immediately panicked after placing my order for a pair of AGX's, (part #741042) after reading mostly terrible reviews here and all over the web. I guess I should have read them first, but the prices were good and I needed them quickly so...... Anyway, I placed my order early on a Tuesday morning before work. I checked my account online, and it still showed as "processing" 3 days later (Friday). Worried (based on all the bad reviews I read), I sent an email to stay on top of things. I never got a reply email, but coincidentally(?) I got a separate email saying they were shipped later that same day. Got home this afternoon (Monday) and they were here. No issues whatsoever with the packaging, as they were in their original boxes packed inside a thick, sturdy KYB bulk packaging box cushioned with bubble wrap, plastic and paper. All in all, a positive experience and I would be willing to order from them again. NOTE: This is an unbiased review, and I was not asked to write this by KYB Outlet/Just Suspension."
