"I choose K2 because I thought it seemed like a responsible company to purchase auto larts from. I selected a set of headlamps for my car that was at the body shop for a paint touch up. Anyways I orderedd the parts they came in and the right side lamp had a broken piece on the back of the lamp base. It was saturday when we opened the box in the service center and noticed the problem and K2 was closed. I proceeded to send a text message and recieved an response late tuesday which was late. Did not anything resolved then, I recieved a call from Jose and offered a possible 15 dollars forthe trouble compensation wow.....or he said the could arrange to send one over but could not iver.ight it. I guess I am stuck with a broken headlamp, as the body shop needs to mount them before painting. It is unfortunate that we don't seem to want to go the extra miles, for a person that already was looking to purchase a pair of rear lamps. You don't even imagine my deseption and still wating on an answer, till today."

"Very quick delivery...product looks fine however, the headlights have been installed for a week now and I've noticed the passenger side headlight cover (plastic) is bubbled from heat generated by the headlight bulb. It is only an issue on that one side for some reason but did check driver side cover and it is also very hot to the touch."

"Do not use this company! I was delayed overseas before I had chance to install their projector headlights in a 01 Jetta. The headlights are garbage! The cut out is not even horizontal. It is shaped like a V on low beams. I was less then a month outside of their ridiculous 3 month warranty and they would not honor a refund. This company does not stand behind their product at all. Their products are cheap for a reason! Stay away. "

"We placed an order for next day delivery on 5/27/13, realizing that it was a holiday. I "chatted" on 5/28/13 to check the status and ask for a tracking number as we needed the product on 5/29/13. Was told that there was an issue with my order and i needed to call customer service. They just needed to verify order and wanted to make sure that it the order wasn't fraudulent. They confirmed that the order would ship on 5/28/13. I check order status on 5/29/13, no tracking number and no change in status. "Chatted" again to be told that the order had shipped but would not have a tracking number until it reached the first UPS location. Was PROMISED that my order would ship on 5/29/13 for 5/30/13 delivery and a $20 refund on $45 UPS Next Day Air charge for not shipping yesterday. Checked status of order on 5/30/13, per UPS, shipper did not get package to them early enough for next day and that package would be delayed a day. K2 would not offer any further refund on shipping. Offered many excuses on why it was not shipped and tried to blame it on UPS. Will NEVER do business here again!"
