"They cancelled my order without contacting me, due to an issue they were having verifying the zipcode. Then they couldn't fix the issue and this delayed work being done on my truck for an extra couple of weeks. They did nothing to compensate me for their mistake and told me there was nothing else that they could do for me, that it was just an issue with their 3rd party billers. "

9.21.13- called K2 about why and was told my headlights were on back-order but the just happened to have one set left I was very upset to not be informed of the back order but was told the one set in stock would ship that day and it would be 3-5day to me
9.26.13- call k2 because I still haven't received my headlights- was told that the issued a refund for the headlights 2 days after they said it would ship! then was told that they had the same exact set of headlights in stock though a different vendor for less money???? very unprofessional service and almosts transparent customer service. will avoid at all cost.

"K2Motor delivered exactly what I was looking for, less than one week order to delivery. Installed the hidden amplified antenna and it worked as described. Extremely happy with my purchase and delivery.
Where I have a bit of concern is with their order verification system. K2 called and left a message, then sent an e-mail, both requesting that I call an 800 number to verify my purchase. While I understand security and fraudulent procedures, asking me to verify what I purchased, where it is to be delivered and a secondary telephone number made me a little nervous (to say the least).
Again, the purchase went smoothly, product was delivered earlier than anticipated and was exactly what I was expecting. The security program instilled by K2Motor is the only reason for a less than stellar rating from me."

"Sales person was knowledgable and helpful on the phone as he addressed all my concerns. Tail lights were received promptly as promised. The only problem I encountered was that the seal around on the right lens was mildly mis-formed and required me to cut a small strip off to create a flush mounting. Installation was not complicated otherwise. The lights have truly updated the car."
