"I was cutting my order a little close by time frame. So it was a late night order I clicked on the wrong item and ordered it. Email customer service about three minutes after I made the mistake. They got right back to me before opening hours. Then I got in contact with one of their customer service reps by phone. And she was wonderful, she fix the mistake I made fix the cancellation already made hands down true customer service. I will be looking forward to using these guys a lot more."
"Received busted tail lights that appeared to be shipped that way, as there were no other "pieces" in the box to indicate damage during shipment. Box was as perfect as could be. Of course customer service played stupid and had asked if the "box was damaged". Informed they don't offer expedited shipping to correct the reported issue, but do offer damaged parts though!!!"
"Expensive after market tail lights for a 2007 Tundra, absolute garbage! One wasn't sealed so rain and dust filled the inside of the light. I sent that back, told them the issue, so they send back a new light with the exact same issue, most likely the same one I just sent out or they all have the defect. So I install it because I need a tail light but since it wasnt sealed, air would catch it at high speeds and the whole plastic light cover flew off somewhere. Had to order a new one and seal that myself. Now the led lights and flashing on and off on both sides as if there is an electrical failure or the lights are going bad. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never buy a product here again, total garbage"

"I purchased a set of Projector headlights with LED strip from them on Ebay. I had to wait for appointment for installation but they looked great after. About 30 day later one of the LEDS went out. I emailed them and they said 90days was the warranty to bad. Now less than a year after buying them the drivers side is fogged up and holding water. I have never even taken the truck off road.
Don't buy from these guys. Crappie headlights and terrible customer service. "
