"I ordered the black euro head lights off the website on August 15th, and 3 weeks later on august 1st I decided to start trying to figure out what happened. I called every day 3 times a day, and my calls were never answered. The one time it was kind of answered someone picked up then put my on hold till 12:00 hit then they disconnected and probably went for lunch.

Finally I recieved some form of contact on September 9th an email saying that my item which shows in stock on the website is currently on back order and that there was no estimated time on arrival for the item. He kindly offered that I find something else on the website and he will pay the shipping on whatever I order.

The reason I ordered these lights is because there is no messing around with LED's and I can use my stock bulbs in them. I sent an email response back explaining this, and that I either would like a solid time on the headlights I originally ordered or I would hope for a full refund.

No response yet.... they still have my 188.90$ and I still have no product or indication on what's going on.

I would highly advise against ordering anything from a company that won't deliver on a basic sale or follow up in timely manner.

I thought I would update this post, so I was contacted about 10 minutes after posting publicly on this forum by a rep and was told we could work something out for a different set of lights the r8 style ones. I responded with saying no thanks because they required wiring and I didn't want to get into that. He assured me that there was no wiring required and that he would look into it to confirm, I received an email that night saying he checked with someone and found no wiring to make them work just plug and play so that he shipped them that day.

When they arrived, I was charged a 28.00$ COD fee (not a huge deal but still wtf?) I installed them and found that the daytime running lights do not work (I live in Ontario and this is a requirement by law) There was an extra connection that had to be wired in, so I went back and found that on the add in the description is says word for word that wiring is required. I didn't even look at the details because I was assured it was plug and play. I sent an email again yesterday, still no response today. Thought I would update this post and see if they care at all about there screw up.

I got a new pair 1-31-2014 of the crystal chrome headlights and i just had them put on at the end of july and water is getting on the inside of the lights.I called k2 motor and was told that nothing about it. will not bye anything from k2motor again."

"I had ordered two 03-07 Infinity G35 2D Pro H.L. W OE HID lights. They very fast and looked fine. Disappointed in the cheap flimsy rubber back cap covering the expensive bulbs. Within one day one of the caps dislodged and between that and the drivers side light that had a gap in the cover and the body water was able to get in the housing and shorted my $499.00 Ballast.
I have been calling between 10-20 times a day during their business hours and as of yet have never been able to speak to someone that can help me. i get a girl called Kelly who apologizes and then transfers me to a song recording and after 16-18 minutes of sitting on the phone it hangs up on me or asks for me to leave my number which I have DONE REPEATEDLY TO NO AVAIL. As of now I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I received a prompt call and they said that they will be taking care of this issue. I will keep everyone posted. Thank You
