"Ordered dvd on 11/09 and was charged immediately, rec'd email saying item approved to shipping. It's 12/10, no dvd, no response to numerous emails. These people are a scam, they take your money and you never receive product."

"This site is a FRAUD. Order placed nearly a month ago, and it says "Approved: Shipping Dept" on the "track order" page. This company steals your money. Do NOT buy from them if you value your hard earned money."

"Shipped my order to someone in another state with the same last name. Have in hand an email acknowledging their action from Kazikes. Repeated emails are received by an automatic system, but only once has a personalized reply been issued. In it Kazikes stated they were shipping my order, paid for by the way, but I have yet to receive. Since then, repeated emails of inquiry have earned naught, except for the courtesy of the automatic thank you for contacting us, you are in a queue, response. Right now, I'm getting very sad about this experience. I've been more than patient.

"If you have made the mistake of ordering from this company, please contact the Better Business Bureau of Canada. I am doing all I can to blacklist this company. They single-handedly destroyed my Christmas by promising what they could not deliver. I've contacted them 4 times and never heard a word. Make sure you do all you can to blacklist them and save the world from this trouble maker."

"After I got scammed on Nov 8 2004, I called the Toronto Police Dept. They gave me the number for the Ontario Provincial Police Dept. They refered me to Phone Busters, a unit of the Dept I believe
Their toll free number is 1-***-***-****.

They will ask for the reference number on your credit card bill for proof of purchase.
Please take the time to file a complaint, it may help to get some action against Kazikes
It is now Dec 8 2004 and still no DVDs.

"This company is a joke. I placed an order on line, was told my credit card was refused so I ordered through another company. The next day there was a e-mail saying my order was approved and they had charged my card. I immediately e-mailed them to cancel the order and credit my card. They have never responded to any of my e-mails (four of them). They then e-mailed me telling me the DVD's had been shipped. That was 6 weeks ago - no DVD's and no credit on my card. How can we shut these jokers down?"

"I also got taken. I placed an order for three dvd's on Oct. 5th. I finally got an email on Nov. 5th, saying my dvd's had been shipped. Here it is, Dec. 3rd, and five emails later, and nothing. I got ripped off big time. They haven't answered any of my emails.Or sent me anything, BIG RIP OFF! "

"I ordered from Kazike's just a couple weeks ago. Going by my credit card, it was debited the same day I placed my order, plus an additional dollar was added to the bill. My order according to Kazike's was $17.98, my credit card charge was $18.98. Only a dollar, but still a rip off. Like everyone else, no response to my emails, which have been several. Someone in Canada is getting rich off of us trusting folks, and the card holding companies are paying for it, then passing it on to us. 3 weeks later, the order check says they are still waiting for approval. Yea Right! They've been paid. I'm a first time buyer here. It will be the last. I filed my complaint at consumer.gov/ 12/04/04 Hope everyone else does."

Ordered September 2, 2004. Said all items were in stock and would be shipped between 7-21 days. HAH! STill have not received anything except form emails stating:

"This email is to inform you that your order has been shipped. We thank you once again for your order. Have a great day!"

Hard to have a great day after you realize what type of lying scum lies waiting for people on the internet.

PLEASE SOMEBODY _ SHUT THIS OPERATION DOWN!!!!!

"I placed an order with Kazikes.com on 11/09/2004, they said they had the DVD in stock. They debited my credit card the next day. As of 12/01/04 I have not recevied my order! I have sent them 19 emails without any response at all! There is no phone number nor address for this company. As of 12/01/04 I am contacting my credit card co to try and dispute the purchase. It might cost me $69.00 to learn a lesson but I think this company is fraud. I hope to warn others about them. Beware this company steals your money , the debit your credit card right away and then claim that your order is is shipping and approved for weeks , they never answer a single email and they send no merchandise. "

"I placed an order for a DVD set on Nov. 19, 2004. I never received a confirmation e-mail of my order, nor was my debit card ever charged. After reading the feedback of others who tried to order from kazikes.com. After a couple weeks of not getting my order, or any response to my e-mail inquiries, I cancelled my check card so I would not ever be charged for the item, and got a new one. I logged into the website and it still says my order is "Processed: Awaiting approval".

i clicked on the seal of approval on the main page of the company and received this address for the company...all you who live in Canada might want to check it out and see if its real.
