"Kazikes cancelled my order after charging my account for $115.71. On, 11/1/04 they said the money would be refunded in 3-5 business days. Since that time they have not responded to a single e-mail from me. The money has not been refunded. It is now 11/20/04."

"I ordered a air hammer driver (golf club) almost a month ago. I wish I had read these reviews first. The ad said "ships in 3 to 5 days". I have sent numerous emails asking when It would be shipped. They have not responded to my email.
Pay a little more and shop from a reputable company. 12/8/04 I still have not heard from this fraudulent company. Also, they billed my credit card two days in a row, and for more than the item was listed. I am going to call the toll free number and report this. They need to be put out of business before they steal from other unassumming customers! Call 1-***-***-**** to complain about this place.

"They got me too. I ordered a DVD for my daughter on 11/2, was charged for it on 11/3 and received an e-mail thanking me for the order (I bet!) shortly thereafter. Then nothing. As of today (11/17) it is still listed as 'Approved:Shipping Dept'. I have e-mailed them several times (nothing), and have now found there is no phone number or shipping/mailing address listed anywhere on their site. Amazon.com (for one) needs to ban outfits like this from listing with their marketplace. Buyer Beware!!!!"

"I received an order number, but no confirming emails or shipping information. Credit card was charged the day of the purchase. Several emails to both the order department and the customer service department have gone unanswered. Merchandise has yet to be received - I am working with my credit card company to dispute the charges. I wish I never found this site and will never consider purchasing merchandise when there is a lack of company information on the web site. "

"Arrrgh! I also wish I had found your site prior to purchasing! My credit card was ran the same day I placed the order and now I cannot find out anything about it. I believe now that this site is a fraud. Is there anything else we can do (besides post here) to help get this site blocked?

I will dispute the charges with my credit card company but I want to eliminate these types of sites as I also run an internet site and I don't want people to get gun shy of buying on the internet from legitimate sites.

"I am 99% certain Kazikes is a fraud, and would never recommend it. I'm kicking myself for not catching the tells, like the lack of phone # and/or street address ANYWHERE on their site.

I ordered a DVD on Oct 9th, and, even though the page said the item was in stock when I ordered, I soon received a notice that it was on backorder. I have contacted them w/several emails and I have received nothing but the "we'll get back to you soon" automated response.

Fortunately, American Express was very friendly when I filed a dispute. Thank you AMEX!

"i ordered a dvd set 2 weeks ago went to track order page and message says more info req please contact customer service?????? why should i contact them they want my business, so i called cc company disputed transaction and sent email to customer service to cancel order! no phone number probably boot leg dealer from another country that's why there is no phone number. n fututre i will not order from any place that does not have telephone number, also i only use amx for questionable sites as it is easy to dispute."

"As of today 11/8/2004, I still have not received my merchandise, nor a reason for this. I have emailed them 4 times asking for an update/cancellation of this order to no avail. "It is now Dec 7 and I have just been refunded my money!! I guess Visa knows this website is FRAUDULENT. --> I really wish I had found this site BEFORE I placed my order. After reading your reviews I am sure this site is a fraud. I'm glad my order was only for $20, but I'm still so mad. I placed the order Oct 25, was immediately charged, but they had trouble with "my billing address". They are so annoying, I e-mailed them 4 times - no response. There is no number to call. I am going to call my credit card company and dispute the transaction.
As for the person who is very satisfied with stupid Kazikes, I am having trouble believing you.

"Wow, A little too late on a google Kazikes search. Next web site purchase I'll have to search to verify sites. I'm not the only one. I ordered a DVD on Kazikes on Sept. 30, 2004. It's Oct. 26, 2004 and there is no status or delivery. There's no customer 800 number to call and emails are worthless. I'll have to call my credit card company to see if they can credit my money. "

"I just stumbled on to your website and was shocked as to the response to this company. I ordered 3 movies from their site with the "Buy 3, get free shipping" deal, and am still waiting for them.
They charged my credit card right away, and then a week later said it was on backorder and could be up to 7 days. Its been over 2 weeks now and I haven't heard a thing. I've attempted to email them inquiring about my order, and no response at all.
I'm at wits end, do i dispute this? Will the DVD's ever come?

"I ordered a box set of DVDs for >$120. 2 weeks after my order I was told the item was discontinuted, but would be released in 2 months. E-mail said they would apply my money to the back order of the new product. They have no phonenumber, and you are only allowed to contact them by e-mail. When they respond to your e-mail they use a form response that disregards the content of your inquiry. NOw the item is for sale on their website, and they won't send me the product, and won't refund my money. They say it is unavailable, but apparently it is available if I want to pay the money all over again. If I place a new order, then they will ship it in 1-3 business days. I basically have been robbed of $120 with zero recourse."

"Do not buy from this site! After reading the other bad reviews it looks like this company might be a fraud or just trying to scam people by holding their money. The story with me is that I placed an $85 order with them and I had to finally contact them after two weeks to be told that my billing address as I gave it to them did not match the one the credit card company has on file. Not true. I place about 5 online orders every month with the credit card and have had no problem. I have sent them about 5 e-mails insisting that they do have the correct address ( I even called my bank to make sure) Yes, they did charge my account the same day I placed the order. Most companies wait until they send the order out. I have asked for a refund 2 times now and still nothing. Their response time to my inquiries is very slow. I am very frustrated and angry. Not to mention all the time I have wasted trying to straighten this out with them. Though now I think they do not want to straighten anything out and would be happy to keep my money and never send out the order."
