"I ordered a key for Office 2019. It did not work; the key was invalid. I spent many hours removing one download and reinstalling. I complained and Kinguin but they were slow to respond until I gave them a poor review.
Since my review, the company has in effect replaced the key FOC. This second key apparently had been used several times before so I had to get on the phone to MS for another code, a very long process. This finally worked and so far, Office 2019 works.
I have to say after all the aggravation, in hindsight, I would have purchase direct from MS.

Escalated the request and finally they replied, but the reply ignored my invalid key request completely. Then just today they sent another followup email saying they haven't heard from me and might take legal action which includes fees. These guys are the worst, don't use them ever."

"Been selling games on that platform since 2014. In 2018 they started to impose a waiting time of 2 months for payouts (used to be 1 month), and when you actually click on payout they still make you wait weeks, eventually months before they perform a simple payout. The company appears to have financial problems which is reflected in the payouts, for me personally this is a joke and I'm not able to sell as I'm used to cause this people steal us sellers money for their own shady business practices and investments, they are working with our money without our consent which is illegal imo.
Bad site, bad service, shady business practices and VERY VERY disappoining customer service they got (they just turn off LiveChat when they feel like it), I don't recommend anyone to buy or sell anything on there, even if I am a seller myself...
To the people who buy there I can only say, buy somewhere else! There's so many sites out there like InstantGaming etc.
Bleed Kinguin out cause what they are doing is what you could compare to a labor exploiting company in the 3rd world, they basically make sellers do their work and don't even pay them, not even after 3 months of waiting!
All you get is a wet "sorry" whenever you ask for your cash
And buying there using that "Customer Protection" button (which costs a few dollars depending on what you buy) don't do that, they aren't the one who can actually protect you from a fraud or a non working key, all they do is contact the seller so he fixes it somehow for them, so there is no "Buyer Protection" on Kinguins site, it's just a big hoax to make you feel more confortable and spend actually more money on a purchase that is ALREADY SECURED!
This shows us the real Kinguin spirit! One of the worst companies I have EVER worked with! Do NOT buy there, they don't deserve your money."

"I had ordered a buy and play season pass. Long story short I got a code that was already registered to someone else account. I contacted customer support and they told me they could offer me a refund if I provided screenshots of it not working in email. I added full proof with screenshots yet they continue to say it works, when it doesn't. Ive ordered before from this company twice and I know what would work and this didn't. They also felt like threatening me in email to cancel my PayPal case for the expired/used code with their "legal department" to cancel it, and were super unhelpful in general. They denied me a refund for the bad code several times even with proof of full screenshots of the codes not working. Beware of this company selling fake/used codes there will be no way to get your money back unless you charge back with your bank."
"Update: After they failed to fix my issues, which is explained below, they decided to change the "Crazy Weekend" from "FREE GAMES" to "DISCOUNTED GAMES", which is nothing considering they already do that. Also after the "New Update" to their page, I am completely unable to log in and access my "LEGAL" and "PAID FOR" Game/Software Keys! I've submitted another support ticket, but I'm sure it will be collecting dust with the other one I've had open for over 3 weeks now. Its so sad watching a great service like Kinguin.net become another greedy scamming, buggy mess! What a waste. Until recently I have been a avid and loyal Kinguin.net customer. I've purchased 19 games ranging from 90+ meta to indie titles over the last few years. I really enjoyed their service until I started trying to play the "Ninja Krown" contest on 06/13/19. This contest is either riddled with bugs or a obvious scam, because while I have accumulated 550 Krowns, so far, I have been unable to purchase anything with them. The first "bug" was everytime I was my balance being 0, every time I went to the purchase page to pick out a game. It took Kinguin over 9 days to resolve that one. The next "bug" was when I would try to select a available game (I.e., Borderlands 2 GOTY) and received an error saying "You have already claimed this game. Please select another." That one they never resolved/credited/or gave me the game, even though I send them clear screen shots showing the game being selectable and the error message at the top right of the screen, with time it occurred. Finally the current "bug" is when the timer ends (a new selection every hour, during the weekend) and the screen is supposed to reload/refresh showing the available games for purchase. The timer runs out, but the screen stays that way. If I immediately reload the page, even if only a second or two has elapsed, all of the games show "SOLD OUT" and are un-selectable. I spent the last two weekends testing this out it happens no matter how fast I am. When I've turned to Kinguin's support, I would get replies like "We have escalated this issue to the appropriate department", "We are currently on it and hopefully this weekend it will work", or my favorite "There are no guaranties these games being available while supplies are limited". If you look over there website you will not find any "Promotional/Contest" rules or F.A.Q. Now I understand that these games are for all indented purposes "Free Games", but even legal promotions/contests give you a possibility no matter how slight of actually winning. For the last 3 weeks I have had 0 % chance of winning anything. Even when I did click on something on time (Borderlands 2 GOTY) it errored and I got nothing. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 star is out of loyalty for how Kinguin.net used to treat their customers/patrons. Their live chat back them actually had a real person answering, while now it's a crappy ignorant and ineffectual chat bot. I have file complaints with the FTC, the FCC, and the BBB over this issue and now I am going to everything review site that reviews Kinguin to give my review and tell my story in hopes of helping other potential customers see both sides of the story when it comes to Kinguin's new business practices. "My Windows 10 Pro key does not work. I reinstalled a fresh version of Windows and it will not accept the key. There is no option to activate by phone as is stated in the instructions. There is no customer service, only a computer to chat with that does not understand the problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!"
