"Due to my current job I am often travelling to and from countries. I have had so much trouble in the past with carry-on luggage, it is untrue! Either the bag was too flimsy and was easily damaged or it never fit properly in the overhead compartments. Earlier this year I decided to purchase a Bric's Life Soft Carry-On Trolley from World Traveler. I am so glad I did! What a life saver! The bag is small enough to carry on to the plane while providing me enough room to take my laptop and any necessary bits and pieces. The bag is very durable and has taken a lot of bashing about. One great thing I absolutely adore about this bag is its four spinner wheels. This allows me to wheel the bag through countless queues effortlessly without having to continually pick up and put down my bag as I wait for my flights."
"TUMI carry-on bag arrived LOCKED -- with other purchase apparently inside it. (Certainly, there was no visible evidence of the second item listed on the packing slip.) There was no key, combination, or instructions on how to open the bag. Instructions I found online did not work. There was no return slip included -- no address to which to return the bag. Two e-mails and a phone call went unanswered. Sent bag back 2/3/2014 to an address I found on the Internet. No response as yet. "

"I was desperate to get the High Sierra 36" AT2502 drop-down duffel since I am going on a three week trip and wanted something roomy and rugged, preferably with backpack straps so I could get through metro turnstiles/gates and carry on my back when on the occasional hard trail.
I ordered one from a competitor on a Friday, three weeks before my departure date, only to find the order impersonally cancelled via e-mail the following Friday night. With a tight schedule, I called one of the Chicago Kaehler stores the following Saturday and spoke to the rep who assured me that the model was in stock in several Kaehler stores and that it would ship the following Monday or Tuesday. The AT2502 was shipped on Tuesday and was delivered to my Pittsburgh home, undamaged, on Thursday in a sturdy cardboard box."
"I went to Kaehler after eBags screwed up my order for a Rimowa Topas carryon order. This was a gift for my fiancee. Unfortunately when the bag from Kaehler showed up, I was appalled to find the case was used. It had scratches (the Rimowa case is made of aluminum), and it was wrapped in a Briggs & Riley plastic bag, all signs of the cased being repackaged by someone at the warehouse to pass it off as new. Needless to say I cannot trust this business anymore. "

"Beware. I purchased a luggage from them advertised onsale at their website during Black Friday and did not take the offers from their competitors. Only to receive an email later saying the luggage was out of stock and I had to chose another model. By then, the Black Friday sales were over. If you are going to purchase from them, call them first to make sure they have the itme since they dont seem to update their website with their current inventory."
"I picked UPS Standard during checkout and my invoice says UPS standard but item was shipped with USPS. I received a missed delivery notice and I've gone to post office to retrieve and they cannot locate and are investigating and I will not get a resolution for potentially another week. Why would you show UPS Standard as a shipment option and charge me for UPS Standard and then ship using USPS, very misleading and dishonest. I've yet to find out if the item was lost by the postal service. I would have received the item one week ago if it was shipped using UPS Standard. "
