Then after multiple chat sessions I was finally able to get a RMA number. Alvin tried three different Kahlon support email systems before I finally received my RMA email. Non of the emails that Kahlon attempted to send me were in the spam folder at my AT&T account. And by-the-way some older Kahlon memory does work in the printer."
