During the entire process, I had to contact Kahlon several times to ask why I didn't receive my RMA number, confirm if they received the returned parts, ask if they were sending the correct parts, etc. The only time Kahlon contacted me was when they saw this negative review and asked the following "...We would appreciate it, if you could edit your negative review, or remove it altogether, as we have been on top of this case, since you called us, throughout the return, replacement, and refund process; and it's a bit unfair to take it into a public forum painting the company as not taking care of this case, nor your notification..."
Kahlon, it's pretty simple. If you provide sub par customer support then you should expect subpar feedback."

10/18/2013 11:31:08 AM - Customer : I returned a "defective battery" for my Dell-Studio, on October 1....my USPS-tracking shows that it was delivered to Kahlon on October 3. Its been two weeks and I have not received either a replacement battery or ANY COMMUNICATION from Kahlon as to the processing of this request. My Order Number: 574696; Invoice Number 10274777; Customer Number 465029; RMA# 24145. Can you please advise me of where this issue is regarding its resolution???

This is getting REDICULOUS....IT HAS BEEN ALMOST THREE MONTHS trying to get a “good” battery from you. One reason I selected Kahlon was because of your “Better Business Bureau” approval and the great comments concerning your “Customer Service”. At this point if I were to give you a rating it would be a “ZERO”!!!! I have heard absolutely NOTHING from you since returning the battery the first of OCTOBER as explained above. AND....there has been no response to the message above. What is going on??? What do I have to do....CONTACT A LAWYER???

I'M STILL WAITING... I ordered a Dell Lap-top Battery on August 19; I believe it was shipped on 8/21. When I received it I followed installation directions but the battery continued to lose power and would not recharge. I realize that occasionally there can be a problem and that isn't my complaint....Kahlon says that they have a replacement/warranty policy, but attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. To return the battery for replacement they require a RMA (Return Material Authorization) which I have contacted them TWICE by email (Filled out their forms On-line) requesting an RMA. They state on their form that you will be contacted within 48 hours with a response but I sent my first request on Monday 9/9, and have not received any kind of a response. I sent a second request on Friday 9/13....and I'm waiting to see if I hear anything from either one. NOT HAPPY AT THIS POINT!!!!"
