"This is to withdraw my original evaluation of Kahlon on the basis of a misunderestanding on my part. My careful keying of the battery required still resulted in an error in the battery required for my computer. The error on my part was not discovered until the battery was received and would not fit. I called and a return authorization was issued to me in a timely manner. Customer service shipped the correct battery without charge or a repacking penalty. I found that it is very important to make sure that the correct part number appears on your computer screen since you do not see a copy of the order again until you receive the part with a copy of the order enclosed with it. A wrong letter or number can make a big difference in the part that is shipped out to you. Just a word to the wise. Save time and money and check your order twice."
