"As an overseas customer I am somewhat dissatisfied. I was requested to provide an image copy of the front of my credit card after payment had been approved and acknowledged by my bank without any problems or difficulties. This goes against any Bank's recommendations. I am aware it's a precaution against fraud but any such doubt should be taken up between the acquiring bank and the issuing bank.

My preferred on-line purchase method is PayPal but as this is not an available option when checking out and as I was unable to locate any on-site related information I had to opt for credit card payment. I only learned PayPal is accepted and how to implement it through live cheat some days after I had placed and paid for the order. Maybe on-line help documentation might be an asset.
