Also their RMA practice is not very good. It takes weeks to get replacements for defective parts purchased from them."

"Was looking for RAM on web site. Information was incomplete. When I called stating the inaccuracy, And told them what I was looking for, I was told that the web site would be updated within 24hrs.
24hrs after the web site had updated system information, but still lacked updated ordering information.
I had to call a second time to order to get the ordering information. Upon arrival, invoice still had inaccuracies, but product seems appropriate."

"I notified them that the laptop battery did not work (would not boot with battery installed). Before I could return it they made me try several steps to "reset" the laptop to accept the battery which, of course, did not work. Once they agreed to replace the battery, I had to return the defective unit first AT MY COST so they could test it. They believe it could be our laptop's fault for not accepting their battery, even though the laptop works with other batteries...

Now the $42 battery has cost me $50, and I still have not received the replacement (10 days so far since I returned it). I support an office of 25 and in 30 years I have never been treated like this by a vendor who sent a defective product."
