Update 7/3/2014:
Understood. The memory was ordered 6/9 and we didn't receive it until 6/26. We knew it would take longer, but didn't think it would take over 14 working days to arrive. Also, the memory showed 'In Stock' so I didn't know it still had to be manufactured. I appreciate the feedback and we'll choose a different shipping method next time. Thanks."

"I had ordered two, ram modules for an older HP business laptop. They did not have any in stock, so they set up to make two. Set up special, just for two modules!! Wish I had known this before I had left a prior review. Ordered on the 2nd. Emailed Friday the 20th. On Wednesday the 25th, a representative of Kahlon had tried to contact me by phone, unsuccessfully. There was an email in my inbox that evening. Turns out, I had received one email, shipping conformation, in my spam folder dated 6/23. It explained the shipping delay, which was not a real problem. I will have to remember to email them if I do not get a shipping conformation within a few days. And the second email, it appears that they miss spelled my email address, at least it was in the body of the email in my inbox. I would have liked to see a courtesy email explaining the delay, I would have ordered more for my other HP now, instead of later, especially as they were set up anyway. Bottom line, Good company overall. Dependable products, so I'll keep buyin' as long as Kahlon's sellin'. "
