"I ordered a Black Scale ring which came damaged, with the crystal shattered to bits. I e-mailed customer service for Karmaloop and even attached pictures of the damaged ring. Had to send another e-mail before I got 1 e-mail reply stating that they will contact the vendor and will reply me in 24-48 hours. Then after which, zilch for the next 12 days. Even better, when I checked the Zendesk support request system, it closed my request and said the matter was resolved when it hasn't been at all!
In these 12 days, I sent in another 4 e-mails asking about it in the meanwhile and still zero response. Very disappointed and disheartened by this kind of neglect when it comes to dealing with damaged item issues.

"After struggling to return a pair of shoes, and being told I would get my exchange pair, they still haven't processed the return. It's been over a month and customer service is little to no help. Don't waste your time or your money. I even provided proof that the return made it to the warehouse via USPS, but they still haven't done anything about it."

"Long story short: Bought an item. Was supposed to arrive by Christmas. They tell me 2 days before Christmas that it's delayed. Get an email the next month saying the item I already bought is out of stock. Talked to customer service, all they can say is they miscounted. Will not buy from them again. Prices aren't worth the headache. Read these other 1 star reviews and you'll notice that terrible service is common from karmaloop.

I bought an item when it was a pre-order around the end of November as a present. The item's description said it would be shipped around December 10th and guaranteed that it would arrive by Christmas. I get an email on December 23rd saying that it won't arrive by the 25th. For that inconvenience they offer me some store credit, which they didn't even give me until I emailed them a reminder about it. Finally, I get an email about 3 days ago, on January 9th, over a month after I ordered the item, and almost a month after it was supposedly going to be shipped, that my order was canceled and I'd get a partial refund. You'd think that paying for a pre-order would guarantee you getting the item, but apparently Karmaloop doesn't understand the word guarantee. I called customer service yesterday and they said they'll re-order the item, only to get an email an hour later saying that my new order is canceled because the item is out of stock. Get into a live chat with a customer rep, and all they can tell me is that they can't, and in his words, "anticipate miscounts." I've never had a company simply shrug and tell me that they don't have the item for me after I’ve pre-ordered it. That's the only thing the rep gave me, an excuse, for a fault on their part. At least when they told me the item was coming late, they gave me some store credit. But now that the item isn't coming at all, all they can do is give me an excuse. An excuse that he repeated throughout our conversation because all the help I seemed to get from customer service from this site is people whose only ability is to read off some script. This site has terrible service and useless customer reps, who can only give excuses for their terrible service. I wasted so much time dealing with their reps trying to fix my order that I think I'll just give up and take the refund, because I can't seem to find one competent person that works for this company to help me. Take my advice and stay away from this company. Whatever deals you find on this site aren't worth it when you will eventually, and believe me it will happen due to their incompetence, have an order that needs fixing and have to deal with their customer service.

"HORRENDOUS customer service. Do NOT order from this company. I ordered ONE wallet, just over $9 on 12/19/14. I spent over $7 on shipping foolishly thinking that I would receive the item before Christmas. I made many purchases on that day from different companies, all of which were received before Christmas. It is 1/9/15 and I still have not received this wallet. I called customer service and they did not offer any compensation or help. How this place is still operating is beyond me. I would never order from them again."

"I feel bad for the recent problems people are reporting. I had nothing but a good experience. First time purchaser and got an extremely good deal on a bunch of shirts and some boxer briefs. Items arrived on time, are high quality, and fit was just as expected.
I would definitely recommend karmaloop to friends.

"Order should have arrived over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. Even paid extra for premium postage. Somehow ended up in Germany instead of coming to Australia. Customer service are very slow to respond and when they do they are no help. I order from the U.S. approx 2-3 times per month from various merchants and this is the first merchant I have ever had issues with. I will never order from Karmaloop again. Save your money and buy from elsewhere. I wish I had of checked the reviews before ordering as I would have gone elsewhere. "

"Thank you KARMALOOP for taking 17 days to deliver a measley bracelet that I was expecting to give as part as a christmas gift!!! I ordered 3 items on 12/10/14, I received 1 sweatshirt on time, the other sweatshirt I received 12/23/14 and the bracelet I just received today on 12/27/14. So silly I would not go out of my way to even right this review had I not been told by customer service when I called in the week before christmas that I would receive all items before Christmas. "

"Ordered some things off this horrible site, they had a deal before Christmas that was 40% off if you spend over $160 and FREE shippping. I put the code in at the end of my order and the total wouldn't go down to what it should, it knocked it down $30 when It should have been more and It wouldn't give me the free shipping. So I called and had to sit on hold for a long time and had to listen to their horrible horrible short clip of some song nobody has EVER heard of and finally someone answered. Some dude with a homie slang tried helping me and he didn't get what was happening either.. He told me to process my order and that he would fix it on his end... as he was rushing me to do so I didn't look over my order and had placed a double order on one of the shirts so i told him to fix it. He said he couldnt and that he would get a manager to fix it and i would receive an email..I never received an email and he never fixed the total for me. So I called back a few hours later and said I just wanted to cancel the whole order and they of course said they were already processing my order and the lady was happy to just cancel the whole order hahah great customer service...So then I ask to speak to a manger because that ignorant girl was no help. I get the manager and she said the same thing, that I wouldnt be able to remove the added shirt and that she woud send returning labels for the extra shirt and that she didn't charge my account the amount I thought and she said she fixed the amount so I calmed down and said okay ill send it back then with your label....I get an email the NIGHT before Christmas and they tell me they are out of stock of something I ordered.............When I made the order DAYS before. So I finally get my order and my package is quite small, but I'm optimistic and hope my things are all there....NOPE. I received the double shirts and that was IT!!!!! NO return label either!!!!!!!!!!!!! So now I have 2 shirts I do not want and haven't received the other and am on hold now, 30 minutes later with my ears bleeding from this shitty ass music. I will never order here again, the customer service was the worst I have ever seen and I've dealt with plenty. Seems like a ton of uneducated hood rats from the ghetto who run the company....DISGUST."

"This was the 1ST and LAST time I will ever order from Karmaloop. On Black Friday 11/28, I ordered 4 items. 1 for me and 3 as a gift. When I placed the order, EVERYTHING was guaranteed by Christmas. It is now 12/26 and I only received 1 of the items. IT HAS BEEN A WHOLE MONTH. The first time I called Customer Service 12/22, I was on hold for 40 minutes and the girl was extremely rude. She blamed the delayed shipping on the manufacture and said that they would ship the items the next day and have them overnight-ed. The next morning 12/23 I received an email saying that they were shipped UPS Ground which would take 5-6 business days coming from New York. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! I called Customer Service again, was on hold for 40 minutes, and whoever I spoke to said that even though it said “UPS Ground shipping” that it was actually overnight shipping. THAT WAS A LIE. On Christmas Eve, I called UPS to see where my package was and they said I should have it by JANUARY 6TH. I called Karmaloop on Christmas Eve, wasted 40 minutes AGAIN, asked to be issued a refund and the guy I spoke to said he could not refund me because the items were shipped already. THIS IS BS, they could easily have the items retracted through UPS and issue me a refund. Being a customer service rep myself, I do this at my job ALL THE TIME. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the guy said that one would have to call me back because they were all busy. It is now 2 days later and I have yet to receive a call back. OF COURSE. Buying from Karmaloop has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND TIME- DO NOT BUY FROM KARMALOOP!!!!!!!!!"

"Oh, how I wished that I had read these reviews before I ordered from this company. I placed my order on 12/10 and like others was told that it would arrive by Christmas. I sent an email to check on the status a week before Christmas and it was not responded to. Called the company and was hung up on. Their website lists the CEO/Owners name, cell phone, and email address so I sent him an email and also an inquirty via the website. The owner sent an email to say that someone would follow-up, which they did saying that my order should arrive Christmas Eve. Then got their global email saying that it would not. Seriously, the worst company I've ever dealt with. Since the purchases were guaranteed for a Christmas delivery, I'm hoping that the company will provide some sort of compensation for the delay. These shirts were a main gift for my son. So disappointing!"
