"Worst time ever. It was my first time buying from karma loop . I ordered a size 4 dress and got a size 8 from the company. I was than told to send back the dress to get my orginal size that ordered. i was told that i had a dress on hold (size 4) and it will be shipped as soon as they got my return. later i found out that the dress was out of stock. i was mislead. i than told a staff member if I could not get my promised size I woild settle for a size 6. two weeks later i know sit today with not a size four or six but they sent me a size ten . its so crazy how on my invoice it says size six but i have a size 10. i will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. so much wasted time. I was mislead and every time I call my phone gets disconnected. Btw I live in the us."
