"I've used Kauffman for years but the last time i was there I bought 4 new tires and had a oil change. I was told that I needed rear brakes and that my battery was showing it was at 50% power and that I should have it replaced. I had only had the battery for 6 months so I went to the store where I bought it and I was shown where the battery was at 100%. This makes me question whether I needed the brakes or not. I feel like they were just trying to up sell me. I was already spending over $600 and they wanted to get more. I will NEVER have any more work done at a Kauffman Tire and I have told many people about this. It is a betrayal because I have used this store for years."

I called the store to make appointment and confirm my tires were in stock. after arrival however, the salesman informed me my tires were not in stock and he didn't know why. Salesman sold me a more expensive set of tires and had to wait four hours for my tires to be installed. This experience was frustrating and confusing because it made me late for work, I had to buy a more expensive set of tires, and long wait time after making appointment. I don't like to complain, but I am telling of my experience.
